It was a really fun and educational class. We got to choose three things we wanted to make before we went. Our teacher provided one on one assistance and answered all our questions so that we could duplicate the meals when we returned to the US. I would take this class again. And you get to eat what you make so go hungry.

The teacher was nice and accommodating. This was the highlight.
The organizer was difficult to work with. We were offered several standard menus (3 courses each). We requested to change the dessert item to another one that was offered in another menu. We were told to keep the standard menu or pay extra. Not a friendly approach considering that this is a new class!
