Demetra is a fantastic guide. We did a six hour walking tour of Florence and enjoyed it very much. It was a customized tour for our family. She is very knowledgeable and helped us understand many aspects of Florence. We visited Galileo museum. She gave us great recommendations for us to enjoy gelato and lunch in Florence. She was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend her as a tour guide!!

Loved this tour. Demetrius, our guide was knowledgeable a and spoke excellent English. She was able to answer all of our questions about Florence and it's culture. I recommend this tour wholeheartedly.

The tour takes you into the duomo and cutting the line there is definitely desirable. Otherwise you get a reasonably good idea of where the major sites are to come back later and visit in more detail. Our guide was quite knowledgeable about the history of Florence.
