We booked Renny Travel for our private transport from Punta Cana airport to our resort on March 6. Everything was excellent our driver was great and suv very clean and comfortable. Then we were supposed to b picked up March 13 @7am for our return transfer to airport, well that didn’t happen. No attempt was made to contact us to say they were late etc, we waited an appropriate amount of time then had to catch a cab at our own expense. I will in future not b booking with them. This was our first and last time taking a private transport , this being my 8 trip to Punta Cana

I have used Sol Cana Tours for a transfer to my resorts when travelling to Punta Cana 2 times so far. I will continue to use them. They are prompt, friendly and safe!

Great service, great price! Friendly greeter at the airport met us just outside of customs holding a sign with our name on it. Escorted us past the mayhem of all the taxi drivers and tour operators aggressively trying to sell their services and drove us comfortably and safely to our resort. Return service was just as easy with the van arriving on time to pick us up from the resort and dropping us off at the door for departures at the airport. Highly recommend!

Angel met us at the airport with a sign in his hand, welcoming us. They took care with all of our luggage. It was a short, comfortable ride and they were very pleasant! On the transfer back, they were right on time and the process was seamless! I highly recommend this company!
