Great service at an economical cost. I was sent a message with a pic of the sign with my name. The vehicle was clean, well maintained and driver very courteous. I loved having private transfer to and from PUJ to Dreams Macao…no waiting on other guests and the entire vehicle to ourselves. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this transport service. The service texted me when I arrived and said they were waiting for us outside with sign with my name on it. Angel was our point of contact. He spoke very good English and made us feel very comfortable. He introduced us to our driver who didn’t speak much English but that didn’t become an issue. They also contact you the day before your departure to let you know when they will be picking up. They were on time and no issues at all. Car was also comfortable and clean.

Such Peace of mind arriving to a new country to be greeted with a text that they were waiting for us outside. They had a sign with my name on it and took care of all of our luggage. The ride was smooth and pleasant.

Writing this review because Hector The Protector is hands down the best driver In the Dominican Republic. My family and I booked Sol Cana Tours to travel to and from the airport and the resort we stayed in. Hector was our driver, he was very kind, efficient and got us to our destination with ease. The vehicle was clean, cool, and safe, and of course Hector was sure to keep us safe as well. I will definitely book again when returning to the Dominican Republic!

Excellent experience with Sol Cana's private transfer service between the airport and our resort! Our drivers from and to the Punta Cana Airport were punctual, friendly, and very professional. Our driver (Daniel) on our final day in Dominican Republic was punctual, professional, and very friendly. We enjoyed the conversation with him on our transfer from our resort to the airport.

We had private transport to and from Macau Beach hotel and the drivers were helpful and courteous.
The standard of this 5star hotel was mixed. The staff generally were helpful and kind. However, my husband and I struggled with tepid food in the general, self-catering restaurant. My husband solved the breakfast problem by always having an omelette cooked in front of him. My breakfast ended up being toast, marmalade and, sometimes yoghurt and a banana. We complained - politely - and were granted preferred status. This entitled us to go to two other restaurants for our breakfast. This wasn’t successful as my sunny side eggs weren’t cooked and were cold. I asked for them to give me the same breakfast but hot. Another breakfast came and, stupidly, I ate the eggs which were still not cooked and the white wasn’t cooked and cold. I ate it as I hadn’t the heart to send another breakfast back to the kitchen. As a consequence I had a queasy tummy for the last few days of our holiday.
The hotel itself was brilliant and we had an excellent room with a wonderful view of the sea. The beach was excellent with lovely white clean sands. The breach bard were also very good.
With good supervision and fresh management of the kitchen the hotel would merit its 5star status.
