Probably didn't read the description properly as didn't realise it was the "dark side" - and there were a couple of children on our tour so suspect I wasn't the only one. Hiroshi was very informative and managed to keep the group together during the two hours which was pretty impressive considering there were 24 of us and a couple were slower than others. Good way to learn more about the city. Tour ends at a different spot so a few of us were trying to figure out how to get back to the beginning. Took a few minutes but luckily a train went by so we quickly got our bearings again. Was good to see places "alive" at night and we went to areas we hadn't even heard of.

Great evening! I went with my 20 yo son. We saw parts of Japan we would have never seen. Certainly added to our experience.

Hiroshi was a fantastic guide. This was a great, fun and incredibly eye opening tour of Shinjuku. I can’t recommend it enough.

Daniel was a terrific tour guide! I found him just where he said he would be- outside the police box. I recommend arriving early because the train station is hard to navigate if you’re new to Tokyo. I enjoyed the mix of history and culture- old and new. Daniel knew so much information and even had a fantastic recommendation for dinner restaurant to follow the tour.

Daniel was a great tour guide! He really made the tour interesting and fun and lively. I would highly recommend doing this tour when you are in Tokyo as it shows you a different side of the city… As well as gives you great recommendations on local bars, restaurants and fun places to check out if you are there for a couple of days!

Nobu was a great tour guide - he kept things exciting throughout the 2 hours while teaching us about the area. Would definitely recommend to new travelers visiting Japan!

The guide was knowledgeable and highly communicative, answering questions enthusiastically. The tour was able to help bring us to see & learn more about the inner workings of certain intriguing places. Would have been nice to see things inside more or hear from a (willing) proprietor (e.g. bartender or host/ess), but it's understandable given the limitations.

Great Tour, Sarah was very clear and informed. Totally recommended. It's nice to go by one itself by the tour is the best way to understand a bit the surrounding firsts and not be overwhelming.
