The Etna excursion and wine tasting with lunch begins in an SUV or minivan (up to 8 people) with a first stop in an off-road vehicle up to the lava front of the 2002 eruption.
Subsequently, crossing the Ragabo Pine Forest, we will arrive at the starting point of the trek to the Monti Sartorius craters where we will continue on foot starting from 1650m and arriving at an altitude of 1750 metres, a walk suitable for everyone.
We will then explore a lava flow cave, the Grotta dei Ladroni, equipped with helmets and torches.
After the excursion to Etna, we will visit a local winery where you can taste various Etna wines and a complete lunch based on Sicilian specialties. A sommelier will tell you about viticulture in Sicily, the winemaking processes and the history of the winery. In summary, this tour represents the ideal opportunity to discover the beauty of Etna, its geological history and the food and wine culture of Sicily, through an evocative and unforgettable experience.

We had such an amazing day on Mt. Etna. There were 10 of us on this excursion. We were picked up in two luxury cars and while driving to Mt. Etna our guide shared a lot of background about Mt. Etna and Sicily. We spent time hiking, going to a lava cave, eating lunch and drinking wine and then were dropped back off near our house. It was such a great experience! The two guides were so accommodating and really made it so special.

We are back from the most amazing tour! Salvatore our guide was superb! We ventured into the best of North Mt Etna, both on road and very off road! Finishing with an excellent wine tasting and Sicilian lunch. Salvatore's knowledge and incredible experience gave us the best day! We would highly recommend 👌

We did this excursion yesterday and had a really great time. The guides are extremely helpful and kind, they tell you about the place and its facets, they really show you everything there is to see and provide you with the necessary equipment such as the helmet for the lava tunnel. They know the points where it is beautiful and evocative to take a photo and they take it for you, they take you and bring you back, the truly Oscar-worthy wine tour, excellent wine and you eat a lot and well, from the appetizer to the dessert with generous and generous portions they are glasses of wine. A special mention for Salvo, the best guide I have ever met!!!

What a day! We decided to drive to Linguaglossa, plenty of places to park. The guides were super friendly and the mini-buses were air-conditioned. The first stop was at a Lava Flow, where we were given the chance to climb on top. Then onto some craters, which were quite a trek to get to, but the guides helped those who were a little unsteady (sister had a Knee replacement earlier this year). Then to a Lava Tube, which was impressive. We went off to a restaurant where we parted company with the other guests as we chose the wine tasting. There was 5 courses of delicious foods, and the chance to taste 5 different wines (1 each of Sparkling, White, Rose, Red and Dessert). The guides will do anything for you, super friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you all.
