Exceeded expectations. A lot of activities to do like kayaking and exploring a cave. The massages were so good that I had to get 2.

We were on the Paradise Grand cruise. Overnight stay on the boat. We had booked a room on the 2ndfloor, with a private balcony. Absolutely superb room, beautifully furnished, and the Cruise, itself, mind blowing! Halong Bay Cruise is a MUST-DO activity, when you visit Vietnam. All 3 meals were outstanding, visit to the Caves in local bamboo boats was well worth it, support from the Sales team was outstanding. Mr. Boyet, Leah, Bryan, April, Celine, Dom - all of you were outstanding to ensure that we had a memorable time! Thankyou guys!

Unforgettable experience to one of the most beautiful places on earth. The cruise, service, and activities (climbing to top of Titov Island for breath-taking panoramic view of Ha Long Bay, swimming in the bay, kayaking through a cave and seeing monkeys, cooking class, etc.) were amazing! Highly recommended to anyone! The entire staff, especially Alanis and Belle), were top-notch! So friendly and helpful! Thank you for an experience of a life time!

This trip was an amazing trip that I went on with my mom. There service was amazing from the food, to room, hospitality, and the excursions we had despite all the rain!

Overall, the experience was excellent. The waiting area before boarding the cruise was clean and convenient. We were welcomed by friendly staff. Our cruise manager, Belle, was extremely knowledgeable with excellent customer skills. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. We had a nice hot shower. The only thing to mention is that one of our rooms had a very slow drainage after shower. The food was delicious and there are plenty. We were fully accommodated with food choices as we do not eat pork and beef. Our hostess, Alanis, was excellent in taking care of us. The staff even prepared a surprise birthday cake for my sister at dinner. The music night was a great fun. The activities are well organised and our safety was taken as priority. We enjoyed the spa and our therapists Lucy & Nga were excellent. Belle offered 20% discount on the spa to make up for the rainy day. All the staff excelled in their own roles, and went above and beyond to look after us. Thank you 😊.

Delicious food and very accomodating crews😍 we would love to come back here again! Very nice ambiance at the restaurant and lounge and piano area
