The day programme was well organised with 4 activities.
The focus was on discovering the local culture and visiting the waterfalls and exploring caves. The waterfalls are amazing. A little boat took us next to the waterfalls.
Visiting local villages was great. Our guide told a lot about the culture of the people we visited We had traditional breakfast in the house of locals.
All included food was great.
The tour guide was friendly and fluent in English.

Yesterday the two of us did a tour to the Ban Gioc Waterfall, Pagoda and the Tiger Cave on the motorcycle from Cao Bang. Had a very successful day and super happy with our English speaking guides Tien and Nhan. Definitely recommended if you stay a day or several days in the north.

This tour was a continuous experience of pleasurable vistas, friendly people, and an intimate and culturally authentic experience of Vietnam.

Whilst the natural beauty of Calbang would be enough for anybody to enjoy their time here, our experience was made significantly memorable by the friendliness, knowledge, and approachability of our tour guides Sen and Dong.

It didn’t feel like we were paying for a touristic experience, but an adventure shared with friends who made every step of our tour truly unforgettable.

First day was a hug disappointment for me. We and the other participants all voiced frustration among our selves throughout the trip. The accommodation was very bad.

I’ve visited over 30 countries, and this trip has been one of the best. I traveled to Vietnam with my best friend for a week. From the moment we got off the bus in Cao Bang, our tour guides, Tien and Dong, were exceptional. They welcomed us like old friends and ensured we were comfortable throughout the journey. We rode about 90 kilometers from Cao Bang to Ban Gioc Waterfall and visited Tiger Cave. They guided us through the northern Vietnamese countryside and introduced us to local cuisine. Their friendliness and consideration made the entire 10-hour journey truly memorable.

Our journey started in Hanoi where the tour operator guided us to the bus. We were promptly picked up at Cao Bang. Took two bikes all the way up to the waterfalls. One of the best road trips in my life. Special thanks to Mr. Tien and Mr. Dong for guiding us all throughout our journey.

Unfortunately, this trip was disorganized and there was very little communication from the organizers. Agencies only provide times when you ask them about the pick up or drop off time. for such a long trip, it would be interesting to make longer stops at interesting points.

Tour guide was great but the bus arrangements was bad. The big downside of the trip was the hotel. Communication in the hotel was difficult. I think Ban Gioc Waterfall was wildly beautiful. The hike was amazing and the tour guide was fantastic, very genuine and knowledgeable.

Sending a big thank you to Anthony for taking us on a 2-day adventure to Cao Bang! We had such a great time looking at the endless scenery, eating good food (trust me I'm Vietnamese-American and I've never tried some of these), meeting kind locals, among other experiences. Would highly recommend this tour!
