Everything was very organized. It was an unbelievable experience I gave you goosebumps to see the beauty of the Pyramids from high up. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I recommend this 100%.

It's early but the company provides coffee and snacks for a fee. The staff were energized, kind and informative. We had an amazing time and were able to capture beautiful pictures and memories. Highly recommend

Amazing view and great service! Definitely recommend to do this while in Mexico. On the way back you can have a nice walk to the pyramids if you are not fancy to go with the whole group.

Excellent service, from when they picked us up at our accommodation, they gave us coffee and sweet bread while we waited, we were able to see how the balloons were inflated as the sun rose.
During the flight, the views were wonderful, something incredible, I took beautiful photos and videos.
In addition, the professionalism is evident, the pilot gave us clear instructions and made us feel safe, I definitely recommend them.

You have wronf location of starting point. Practicly nobody speaks english. You get instructions, what to do in spanish.
No need, to be there 40 minutes before start.
Too many people in a basket on baloon, it was really crowded.
