I would not recommend this to anyone. There were several things that were awful. First there was miss communication about my transportation to the port where the driver thought it was canceled and there was no communication that it was cancelled, and a person that was cooperating picked me up in his personal vehicle. They should have canceled it because there was a storm making the water hard to navigate and large swells in the sea making several people on board sea sick. Once we made it to the island we did not dock, they pulled the boat to the beach and we had to jump out of the boat into the water. Then we had to walk .5miles to where the bbq was. It was a terrible experience and the people working on the boat were more concerned about making money than our safety.

Great Trip. It's a really beautiful island and we didn't see so much tourists as expectet. The food was great and we had some hours to stay at Catalina Island. Snorkeling was okay, because we had enough time but the reef is not that big.

I'm quite disappointed with the tour company's services. The full itinerary of the trip was not clearly outlined nor confirmed by the guide during the tour. When I selected this trip, I was promised two snorkeling spots, including the main attraction called 'the wall'. Unfortunately, we only visited one location, which wasn't as impressive since it lacked 'the wall'. Despite good weather and conditions, the promised itinerary wasn't fulfilled. Had I known, I would have booked a tour to the more beautiful part of the coral reef with another operator. My request for a partial refund was declined, even though the main objective of the trip was not met by the operator. On a positive note, the staff on the tour were friendly.

Very charming island, the service is very good, it is a full day tour that is worth doing, the snorkeling is incredible, the treatment of the people, we met many people, this tour was really incredible.

This tour was amazing the service is very good the attention is very good. The staff is excellent. I had traveled before with other operators and everything is very different where we did the snorkeling is spectacular the amount of coral fish that we can see. The island is charming, the food is very good and the service is really worth it, do not hesitate to contact them.

do not purchase this tour, If I could give this review a negative 5 I would! This was the worst tour we had and the pictures you see is not at all what you're getting. There is no deck on the island, the tour boat hardy worked, rusty, breaking apart. They had no regard for any type of safety, Most of the lifejackets have nothing to tied or secure it. After about 5 mins of snorkeling, everyone who went in came back out because no one felt safe in the water which is 5M deep with no staff near by. We all ended up waiting in the boat for over 40 mins because they had another group for scuba driving. Getting on the Catalina island was a joke, we had to get on to a small boat to get to the island. Once we got there, there was no help from any of the staff to get out of the boat when the wave is making the boat moved a lot, and the person who drove the small boat just tells everyone to get out, resulting in someone falling out of the boat. Lunch was not ready till about 2pm and only drink offer was soda or water, not an open bar. Food was also a joke, cheap stuff that looks like it's from a school cafe, (sorry school cafe food is much better!) taking the small boat back is risky, there was no staff on board to help us get back on the tour boat and one person fell trying to jump on, and was holding on to her dear life with her hand holding the rusty tour boat and her feet trying to stay on the small boat. There was no staff on the tour boat and we were left on it by ourselves except for a teenage staff while the small boat gone back to the island to get the rest of the group and the staffs. Also, I noticed that one of the 5 reviewers was the same person who contracted me from the tour. So yea, I would not Recommend this tour at all unless you have a day to waste on your vacation and willing to pay over $ 100 for it.
