Evidently the transportation companies policy is to pick up 3.5 hours before your departure flight but we asked for 2.5 hours before hand. It’s only a 30 minute drive to the airport. Two hours was plenty of time to check in and go through security with, plenty of time to spare.

The driver never showed up, my booking was confirmed and no one showed up. I haven’t been able to get a response from anyone to get my $ back or anything. It was a horrible experience, we had to get an Uber last minute.

Martin was the perfect host. The pick-up was smooth and the ride was informative. We were a party of 6 with backpacks, carry-on’s, and two large checked pieces. The van was the perfect size.

Our driver (Petr) was waiting for us in the arrival hall with a distinctive name sign with an orange border. He graciously assisted with our baggage to his vehicle. He negotiated the busy city streets and pointed out a few sights. He again helped getting our baggage into our hotel lobby. We were very happy to have booked the transfer service to avoid uncertainties with grabbing a cab.
