My driver went way above and beyond my expectations! I feel Blessed to have received him as my driver, otherwise my arrival would have been extremely difficult for me! On the way to my destination my driver shared interesting facts about the area and that was extremely helpful! His driving was excellent!

Never book with this taxi company. They were not there upon our arrival. They claim we were late, but we were not late to meet them. We arrived within their window and looked for our driver, but he was no where to be found. When we called the company, they said they waited an hour and then left. We paid almost $100 for a service and they left us stranded. Viator is saying we cannot get a refund, so both companies are disappointing.

This is a very convenient and easy to use transfer. It's economical and efficient and takes you right to the transportation hub of the city where you can get a water taxi or the public transportation boats anywhere you want to go in Venice or if you need to take a train to another city, you arrive right at the Santa Lucia station.
