Easy process to book and communicate with our driver via WhatsApp. The Punta Cana airport is crazy when you leave and we hated having to wait for our transfer or deal with the annoying Amstar sales pitch. These guys were reasonable and reliable. On time. Nice drivers. Got us to our hotel timely and picked us up timely. Def recommend.

We waited outside for 30 minutes for our driver. We had to ask someone to call him to pick us up and he had no name sign so we had no idea who was picking us up.

Our driver Edgar was great from his bubbly personality to his driving skills. If you want a smooth transition from your flight to the hotel this is the company to book with. The communication was excellent and we literately walked out the airport to the vehicle with no waiting.

This transfer was perfect for our trip to Punta Cana. We booked last minute and they were waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. For our return trip, we text to organise a time and it was no problem. Would definitely recommend this transfer service.
