We did a round trip experience and it was overall very good! Our contact person was Yuleidy who communicated with us efficiently making our first time arriving in Dom Rep simple and great. Our driver from the airport was also great! Offered us refreshments and we had wifi in both vehicles.

seeing that we had got in late the driver we got was willing to show us around the Punta cana night spot it. He was very knowledgably regarding what it is that his country as to offer to tourist and we appreciated his tips and recommendations. I took this ride with my dear friend.

I booked a round trip with this company and they were so professional. The vehicles were clean, air conditioning was Antarctica cold and the drivers we friendly, We had Carlos as our driver going back and he took care of us, definitely will be booking with them again and shout out to Yuleidy who ensured that our ride was perfect.

This was my 1st time coming to DR after missing my 6AM flight, I had to inform Carlos of the extreme delay instead of a pick up of 2PM I would now have to be picked up at “2AM” 😩 he was very patient and told me in these exact words “It's okay!!, send me the flight number and that's it, we'll wait for you as long as necessary.” Wow that is great customer service this company picked me up at 2AM in the morning and drove me to punta cana that’s a two hour drive from Santo Domingo… what can I say EXCELLENT service book with them ❤️ no worries 🥳

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Excellent VIP transfer. Our driver was courteous and drives really well. He waited for us for hours at the airport for pick up due to flight delays and he was on time at our hotel for return to airport. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service provided.

I don’t even know where to start, let’s start at the part where our flight was canceled and I notify the company , then they reinstate the flight and I reached out again for pick up about 2 am , the service was exceptional no frustration , everything was perfect we felt safe and secure with our driver , I would recommend this company to anyone. Service was top notch 😊😊😊☺️😊😊😊😊
