The Austral Fueguino Railway begins its journey starting from the End of the World station. The first stop is at the "Cascada La Macarena" station, during this stop it is possible to ascend to a viewpoint that offers a fabulous view of the Pipo river valley, from there the train will follow the route of this river and we will be able to appreciate the southernmost landscapes in the world. .
You can enjoy lunch on the train or a lunch box depending on the option you wish to purchase. The visit to the National Park is an important part of this tour. This visit can be done in a group or with your own guide if you select the Private Park visit that is included in the Premium service.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Leaving the city of Ushuaia, in the southwest direction, we will travel the national route No. 3, towards the Tierra del Fuego National Park. In the eleven kilometers that separate the cover of the park from the city of Ushuaia, we will stop near the Equestrian Center, where we will have excellent panoramic views of the Beagle Channel, the Ushuaia Peninsula and the Bridges, Willie and Les Eclaireurs archipelagos. After crossing the bridge of the Pipo River, next to the Ushuaia Golf Club, we will arrive at the Fuegino Austral Railway Station, the End of the World Train.

In the eleven kilometers that separate the cover of the park from the city of Ushuaia, we will stop in the vicinity of the Equestrian Center, where we will have excellent panoramic views of the Beagle Channel - The Beagle Channel, is a canal, strait or sea passage located at the end South America, which connects the Atlantic Ocean with the Pacific Ocean.

Les Éclaireurs is a lighthouse located on the NE islet of the Les Éclaireurs group of islets on the Beagle Channel, off the coast of the Ushuaia Bay, in Tierra del Fuego In the eleven kilometers that separate the cover of the park from the city of Ushuaia, we will stop near the Equestrian Center, where we will have excellent panoramic views of the Beagle Channel, the Ushuaia Peninsula and the Bridges, Willie and Les Eclaireurs archipelagos.

After crossing the bridge of the Pipo River, next to the Ushuaia Golf Club, we will arrive at the Fuegino Austral Railway Station, the End of the World Train.

In the service area, we will have approximately 30 free minutes. The last section of the excursion takes us to Lapataia Bay, after crossing the cormorant, turban archipelago and visiting a beaver dam. In Lapataia Bay, in addition to the marine coast, rich in mollusks and mussels, we will find traces of the ancient aboriginal people that inhabited the region. There we will have time to explore the catwalk from which we can take pictures and enjoy the feeling of being at the end of the world.

• Recommendations: - Comfortable clothes and footwear to move through rough and humid environments and paths
• In the service area, we will have approximately 30 free minutes. The last section of the excursion takes us to Bahía Lapataia, after crossing the cormorant archipelago, peat bogs and a visit to a beaver dam.
• The usual schedule is from 7.15 AM or from 1.30 PM depending on the option selected. In any case, the schedule will be confirmed with the sending of the itinerary when you receive confirmation of your reservation.
• Passengers staying in Ushuaia: When making the reservation you must include the name of your hotel in Ushuaia in order to organize the pick up
• In the event that you are passengers coming from a cruise, the pick up will be at the Tourist Port of Ushuaia, you will be sent the exact meeting point in the itinerary when confirming your reservation.
• IMPORTANT: If you come from a cruise we need you to send us the arrival and departure itinerary of your cruise in your reservation. If we do not receive this information, we will not be able to proceed with making your reservation.
• RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED THAT DO NOT SPECIFY THE HOTEL WHERE THEY NEED THE PICK UP IN USHUAIA
• RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM CRUISE PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT CLARIFY THE ITINERARY OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF THEIR CRUISE
• To avoid risks, we recommend that passengers who arrive by cruise ship and their cruise departs that same day purchase the service privately so that we can adapt the itinerary to their cruise schedules.

Arrived via Celebrity Eclipse. Took excursion via bus to the National Park then offloaded to a powered catamaran through Beagle Sound back to the port. Windy but beautiful. Loved it.

Great tour guide was doing the tour in two languages which is extremely hard. The trouble with this tour is the places were boring. Just not worth the money

A worthwhile stop to the Terra Feuga National park. Lots of nature to see. Walk around the lake and stop over at the visitor center at Alakush. The tour also stop at the end of the world or Baia Lapataia. The last point of South America before entering Antarctica Magellan straits.

The train to the end of the world was amazing! It was full of history and lots of stuff to see! Our tour had several people who didn't want to take the train and just went with the van to the pickup point at the end of the train tour for the rest of the trip. The whole trip was informative and our guide Sophia provided all of us a great tour of the flora and fauna of the area as well as the geology and peoples in the area (including the original natives and the prisoners and the guards who were relocated there). At the end she suggested some places we might want to go shopping for the things we wanted to purchase. It was an excellent tour!

Disappointing as we were booking the tour with optional premium class lunch and drinks and were told by Viator rep that this is what we would receive however; when we obtained our tickets for the train we discovered we were booked in tourist class and not the premium class we were told we would receive. I was unable to upgrade at my own additional cost because premium class was sold out. Very disappointed with the purchase. Our tour guide, Damian was very good . Only plus on tour.
