a great afternoon that showed us around the bustling Balhao Market which would have been extremely difficult to navigate without our wonderful host Paulo. got to experience great wines. amazing market foods, a lot of history and 2 charming restaurants that would have not been on my radar without this tour. highly recommend.

This is such a great way to get to know Porto. The tour does not just stick to facts and history of the food and wine it opens up the whole culture of the city in a way you couldn't appreciate by just walking around yourself. Sergio was our tour guide and not only was he passionate about the stops on the tour but he passionate about his city and culture. He was entertaining too! My husband and I thought that the tour it was very good value. The food and wine etc. received at each stopping was generous...not just bite-sized offerings. . We returned to a few of the places as we enjoyed the food so much. The company also sent us really helpful information too. 10/10

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour and had plenty to eat and drink. Our guide was really lovely and we were very lucky to have a great group of interesting people. Definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic evening with Paolo as our friendly and knowledgeable guide. He took us to some small delightful bars which we would never have discovered ourselves. The tour also includes a trip to the fabulous food market. We tasted a great variety of craft beers and ate some amazing local food specialities. Great value, so much to eat and drink and we learnt a lot about the history of craft beer making in Porto. We can thoroughly recommend this tour

Went on the tour with our excellent guide Paulo . He and the other beer tasters were great company and the bars and market that we visited were all good .
Most of all the beers and food gave us a great taste of Porto !

Along with the Vintage Tour, we also joined Taste Porto on their Craft Beer & Food Tour. It was another excellent experience this time led by the very engaging and affable Paolo. He warmly greeted us at our first stop where we had two different beers while he explained the craft beer history and scene in Porto. We moved onto the Mercado Bolhao where we enjoyed another two beers that accompanied two delicious meat pies. The next stop included classic bifana sandwiches and a beer of our choice. Finally we enjoyed two more beers at one last stop. Even though we had just done a tour with Taste Porto earlier in the week, I would say that there was little overlap in the material and experience. If you have time, definitely look into this tour as well.

What a wonderful Food & Port experience! Our knowledgeable and experienced guide, Miguel, was a delight! His enthusiasm engaged our group and added color to the delicious food and historical stops of Porto. We learned many fun facts, and enjoyed sampling many traditional foods and wines of the area. On our last day in Porto, my husband and I attended a wonderful tour of the Bolhau market in Porto. Our tour guide Ricardo was enthusiastic, knowledgeable of both the food and history of the area, knew all of the vendors in the market, was charming and patiently answered my many questions very. We were able to sample breads and pastries, cheeses, wines and charcuterie in the market. We then went out to a number of local somewhat off the beaten path restaurants and sampled typical local fare. The most notable was the storied Francesinha, which was simple but delicious! These were restaurants that we very likely would never have found on our own and were so thrilled to be able to visit.
The tour was the highlight of our time in Porto and the perfect thing to do on our last day there! Thank you Ricardo and Taste Porto!!🫶
