I booked a tour via enkatravel on getyourguide. As the times online unfortunately did not match the fixed times, I had to cancel the tour. This was accepted and I was supposed to receive a full refund. That was on September 20th, over two months ago. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a refund and the communication via whatsapp is also poor. I have not received a concrete answer and should simply continue to wait.

Despite the weather conditions, agency made this a great day for me and refunded me the money. Tour was excellent, amazing landscapes, comfy van, wifi and our tour guide Kezvah gave us the right information in english and spanish.
Definitely coming back and getting the hot air balloon tour again.

Tour started early in the morning, but the balloon flight was suspended due to unexpected poor climate conditions. The company started the refund process immediately. Anyway, the following all day tour was excellent! Our guide Kezi made the day very enjoyable and gave us the right amount of information to understand where we stood. Lunch was pretty good too. The bus was comfortable and had WiFi.
Overall, a very good tour, totally worth the money.

We woke up very early (5AM). Had a short breakfast and went by bus 20 min to the place were all the balloons (ca100!) were waiting. Our balloon were probably the the biggest with max 28 people. It was amazing to watch the nature from different heights. The captain was very knowledgeable and also funny. The trip in the air took about one hour. We were able to watch the sunrise on a very, very day with perfect weather from 300m above hills and rocks. A very special occasion!!
