Wouldn't allow me to explore every floor in the building did not inform me that there was a dress code or no hats no shorts things like that very bad experience

The Dallas Reunion Tower GeO-Deck Observation tour was a lot of fun. We would recommend that you take the tour if you are in the area. The view was spectacular. The attendants at the top of the tower are very friendly and helpful. They will be able to explain to visitors what some of the sights are out in the distance. Put this tour on your todo list when visiting Dallas.

We had an amazing VIP experience yesterday evening as a couple celebrating our anniversary! The ticket purchase in advance is definitely the way to go! When we arrived to check in it was very smooth and then our ambassador Emmanuel was very kind, thoughtful, engaging and had excellent customer service! He has a customer centric approach and is worthy of praise and a promotion! Also Mr Reggie in security was very on point and checked on us often. If you go as a couple, or a special occasion, you should UPGRADE to the special package! We keep looking at our pictures:)
