We went on Sunday the 9th just after an early morning rain. The snow early in the day was unbeatable! pure landscapes and much to do.
The tour is designed so that the gypsum reservoir is the best experience and it is more than achieved :) in the landscapes, what you can see and the schedules according to the climatic state
The guide has the best will, concerned and attentive to the entire team (that day there were approximately 14 of us).
In our case with my group of friends, it happened that we were staying outside the area of Stgo Centro, Providencia or Las Condes and they had the best will to see a pick-up point that would serve us and not deviate from the path of the tour.
The only observation we made to the tour operator was that they should provide information in a slightly more detailed way about options for lunch and where to eat lunch snacks if you brought them, but nothing could be solved.

Incredible. Extremely punctual staff, very polite and attentive guide. The tour was incredible, we had lunch at a place suggested by the guide which was very good.

Had I been informed that in order to get to the lake, would be almost a mile trek partially uphill in blizzard like conditions with a temperature of -11 ...I would have enjoyed this soo much more. I was not prepared in regards to having hat, scarf and gloves. What was recommended was to bring a jacket. Luckily I wore 2 pairs of pants, 2 shirts, hiking boots and jacket because I figured it would be cool but NOTHING like what it really was! The tour guide was great, very friendly and informative. The picnic was cute and stop for chocolate was great as I bought some really good cookies. However due to not being informed of proper gear for this tour, have to rate it accordingly as hiking in blizzard conditions was not cool.

The tour was great, the view was incredible and made for beautiful photos. The company was punctual and easy to communicate with. The guide demonstrated a lot of knowledge about the region. The picnic is held at the end of the tour, it is simple and standardized compared to other companies, I recommend taking a snack for breakfast. I highly recommend the tour.

Everything was well organized from the beginning to the end. The reservation, pick up and return were easy and well done on time. I enoyed the beauty of the place and the clear explanations of the guide Andreas. We also had also an extra stop at a waterfall. The optional buffet had good quality and variety of food. The farewell cocktail was appreciated by the whole group. Absolutely worth the price.

The tour was wonderful and our guide Andres was very friendly and helpful, he told us the history and curiosities of the places we passed through. Departures were punctual and there were no delays. The van journey is very long and has a lot of curves, but there are beautiful landscapes on the way. In Embalse el yeso it was very cold at the time we went, so be prepared! The lunch spot is more expensive than normal (and this is advised before the tour) and the food is not very good, I suggest you take snacks with you. Furthermore, the trip is worth it as the landscapes are beautiful and made for lots of photos :)

Jaime was our driver and we had such an excellent time! The picnic would have been way cooler if we could have done it down in the mountains, but when we did do the picnic, it was delicious! The water and the mountains were GORGEOUS and worth the trip!
