Nusa Penida Land Tour and Snorkeling (INCLUSIVE)

Had a great day, good price including lunch and traffic, unfortunately could not see many manta rays.

Absolutely awful from the moment the picked us up from transfer sat in a hot car whilst they went and collected other people and not arranged so was waiting for an hour. Then the waiting for boat and when we arrived they told us the activity I had booked because I had to be back to leave on the return boat at 2.30 I could not do the snorkeling which is the only reason i went. They then told me I'd be doing the west tour and I had no choice. Basically only visited two of the sites NOT the four which is advertised. The lunch was disgusting at a shack at the side of a road, hole in the floor for a toilet and fly's everywhere. Basically spent the whole day in a bloody car!! Literally the worst experience and nobody spoke English or they decided not too so they wouldn't help. I want to get refunded at least partially for this absolute sham of a tour!!!!!

I was in the process of booking this package as suggested in the reviews however upon trying to arrange the booking Wayan tried to scam us by charging us extra through private confirmation. When we tried to state the advertised price on Tripadvisor he said that this advertisement was fake and not his (which is false because it's linked to his IG). Our group felt uncomfortable about this dishonesty and we decided to book elsewhere. I don't feel comfortable about trusting a guide that is trying to scam us. In addition, the other person's review about the staff's negligence to the tourist's safety is also incredibly concerning. If you view his "Discover Nusa Penida" page, another reviewer reported that Wayan charged that group extra to see Mantas which was supposed to be included in their package. This is dishonest practice! Our safety and trust are not worth this "experience".

We spent an amazing and unforgetable moment with funny Wayan and his professional team.
They are carefull with us but also with animals and the environment.
The groups are not so big, so we felt good, relax and secured.
Organization is very good, Wayan cares of everything!
We 100% recommand DNP

Booked the Kelingking beach, Broken beach/Angel Billabong and Crystal Bay tour in early May. The guide Putu is a very lively and cheerful person, very accommodating (brought us to some nice cafes for breakfast and coffee) and helped us with many pictures of this beautiful island. And the driver was very skillful and safe too.

The attractions are swarmed with tourists as you can image post-Covid but the spectacular Kelingking beach makes it worth it. Broken beach and Angel Billabong was nice too but Crystal Bay was disappointing as it was a little dirty and littered with plastics. I would advise heading out early to Kelingking and going all the way down to the beach to have a swim or just lie on the sands, and skipping Crystal Bay.

The HIGHLIGHT of my entire Bali trip! Wayan was such a wonderful snorkeling and tour guide. He was flexible with his time and we were able to do everything he said we would. He arranged a snorkeling boat for us even though my (separate) transport to Nusa Penida was late. He made sure I was the first one in the water and he would ALWAYS make sure that I saw everything there is to see. We were up close with a Big manta ray and saw sea turtles and lovely coral reefs! He prepared me well for the snorkeling and I felt safe and comfortable even though it was my first time!! I had a lovely lunch and afterward we went for the land tour. Throughout the whole trip he made sure we had lovely pictures and videos of both the snorkeling and the land tour! Such an amazing adventure!

Husband and I were on a family trip in Bali and decided to skip out for a day of exploration on Nusa Penida. We took the ferry with no solid itinerary besides hoping to swim with a manta ray and maybe take a scooter around to explore before coming back to Bali.
Folks, we ran into the right person. Wayan helped us with the scooter rental and planning out a quick itinerary- after bonding over our love of the ocean (he is *very* considerate of the environment and supremely protective of the ocean creatures, A+) we headed out on a tour boat. Wayan is a kind, friendly, attentive, and safe guide, explaining everything about the mantas and also the truth: that it's not a guarantee to see them on every excursion. That being said, the gods smiled on us on May 16th because we saw FOUR of those colossal, heavenly creatures. He also took us to snorkel by a dropoff where we saw tons of fish and ocean life!
After heading back, we had a quick makan (bite to eat) and Wayan led us to Kelingkling beach via scooter for some awesome photos. We are so appreciative of Discover Nusa Penida and Wayan's excellent tour guidance. He was also so thoughtful to send a USB of our manta pics to the front desk of our hotel a couple days later. We'll definitely be back to visit Nusa Penida again!! Terimah Kasi, Wayan!!

My friend, her 8year old daughter and I went on the mixed snorkel and hike tour with Wayan last week. We absolutely loved it! Wayan is so passionate about sea life and providing a holistic experience with VIP treatment. It was very private and we felt safe in the whole trip. He made sure to keep an eye on all of us and stayed with my friend’s daughter also. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We really saw the best of the best of Nusa Penida and everything went so smoothly. So glad we went with this company rather than the crowded boats we saw passing us by! Wholeheartedly recommend him!!

After reading some reviews, my girlfriend and I decided to go with Wayan to snorkel with the famous Mantas on Nusa Penida. He is very careful with the animals and appeals to the guests to behave responsibly as well, which I really liked. He gave us a private tour around three beautiful reefs, plus of course the Manta Bay. He went with us into the water and provided a safe environment for us, moving with the currents, and also taking a lot of photos, that we could just easily download at the end of the trip.
For the highlight, the Mantas, he made sure we would swim with a few of them by spending a lot of time in that bay. Generally Wayan took great care to make this an unforgettable experience for us, making this the highlight of our new year’s trip and one of our favorite experiences in Bali overall.

Hands down the best possible manta ray snorkling experience!

My girlfriend and I went with Wayan because I read a very good review about him and that he - different from others - does an ecofriendly Tour and actually cares about the environment.

Well I was not disappointed!

Wayan gave us an experience that couldn’t have been better. And you really can see that he loves snorkling and the ocean abs he really cares to preserve the pristine animals and the sea.

We were lucky enough to see 3 mantas on the tour (which is not a given. After all these are still wild animals)

But even without that it would’ve been a trip worthwhile!

If you are on Nusa Penida & you want to have a snorkling tour and dive with mantas:

Go with Wayan! It will be the right decision.

He also has a camera for underwater and shoots some amazing pictures so you will never forget the amazing experience(and can show off to others 😉)
