Cancelled reservation without my permission! I booked this months ago as a special event for our family and friends. Viator cancelled my reservation 2 days prior since my credit card was no longer valid and instead of asking for a new one, the default is cancellation. I called Viator and made a new booking, 400$ additional cost since prices went up. 12 hrs later my reservation was ‘declined’ with absolutely no explanation! Another reservation online would now be 600$ than original and times available are limited.

Everyone was super friendly and the helicopter ride was super smooth. Beautiful day in the sky. Pilot did a good job describing what we were seeing. Also issue was that he should done a sound check before we took off because my wife was having difficulty with her headset.

We flew in perfect weather. We got some great pictures. Well organized with no hidden costs like some other providers. Definitely recommend it!! 13 minutes of pure flight time was enough, with no long waiting times!

we had a wonderful experience. We went to New York for the first time and we decided to do this tour, I highly recommend it to everyone, an unforgettable experience also thanks to our pilot David, very nice who allowed us to see New York very well on all sides.

The entire crew was very helpful when getting in and out. We had fantastic weather, so it was a quiet flight and very good visibility. This experience was simply overwhelming. The high price was worth it!!!

We had such a great time on our helicopter trip. David our pilot was fantastic and guided us through our full flight. He ensured we had views from all angles and took us to all the sites. Will definitely book again next time we are in the city !

This was on my bucket list so I decided to treat my Grandson for his 16th birthday to come with me. When I had a question I emailed and they promptly got back to me. On the day that we were supposed to fly it was a foggy rainy day so all flights were cancelled. I had booked an extra day in the city just in case this should happen and I am glad I did. They were able to book us for the next day and it was picture perfect. The check in process was very easy and professional. The ride was above my expectations and everyone should to do it at least once, no better to see the city. My grandson got to sit up front with the pilot so that was a great surprise…five stars all around.
