Ride was short but cool I choose to go solo but was paired with other riders there was 5 of us we had brandon who was very shy but a great pilot

As a resident of NYC, my visitor from Lyon France was thrilled with his first helicopter experience and in NYC no less that never fails to entertain. Compliments to our young piolet who contributed to our overall good time. I will recommend to others in the future.

Absolutely amazing. If this is on your bucket list or not, do it!! I thought that flying in a helicopter would feel really unstable, but I felt completely safe and comfortable and the ride was really smooth. The pilot tells you facts and stories in your headphones during the flight, and you can ask questions - really interesting to get to learn more about New York. Such a calm and relaxing experience. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had on holiday - definitely do it!!

Misleading advertising by Viator.
Booked this for my Birthday as I love Helicopters . Would never go through Viator again , we’ve had nothing but trouble on our holiday from not receiving tickets , no address sent to find the location of attraction and misleading advertising re type of helicopter to expect .

Great experience and great tour, however they should be careful with allowing children in the tour. I was alone with a family who had three kids. One of them kept screaming the whole trip and the other kept talking loudly on the mic. At one point, I removed my headset because of the noise. For me, I wouldn't try it again unless I'm guaranteed to be with grown-ups.

The thing that stays on my mind the most is the fact that I spent close to $600 for my wife and I to be packed in the helicopter with 4 other individuals. This made the experience much less enjoyable. Had I known this company, or any company, would pack us in as they did, I would definitely choose to go with the least expensive company. The ride would have been much more enjoyable had it been a total of 4 people per helicopter; not including the pilot. Now that I know there is very little difference in a $200 ride with a different company verses the $289 ticket with HeliNYC, I recommend people go with the cheaper option.
