Arriving at the mill in a comfortable courtesy car, you will meet the staff who will take you on a sensational tour. Our maitre will serve you your first glass in front of Mount Vesuvius and tell you about the characteristics and aromas of the wine. Glass after glass you will take a sensory journey through the vineyards of Campania and southern Italy. Accompanying the wine will be typical local products such as cured meats, cheeses and seasonal vegetables. Limoncello and a mini tasting of Sorrento liqueurs will complete the tasting.

This experience was without a doubt the highlight of our trip to Sorrento.
1. Great value. We were not expecting the experience to be packed with so many elements.
- Olive Oil tasting. This is the start of your visit and a great introduction to olive oil in general.
- Seated wine tasting with food pairing. Come hungry. Each item with the 5 paired wines was incredible. The wine tasting focuses on regional wines which is what we had hoped.
- Views. Breathtaking views make for a memorable couples excursion.
I highly recommend this experience, a must for your trip to Sorrento.

We had an amazing time at Frantoio Gargiulo for wine tasting. The staff were so welcoming, knowledgable and very friendly. We tasted 5 wines, 3 white and 2 red accompanied by some amazing food. Mario and all the team were fantastic. They also produce fabulous olive oil, where every part of the process is used in some way, no waste and very sustainable. The restaurant is immaculate and the views are stunning. We would highly recommend a visit, you won’t be disappointed. 🇮🇹😊

We are local and know the local cuisine and we expected traditional dishes paired with wines from Campania, but instead the chef really surprised us with his combinations. The ravioli stuffed with Genoese was the best dish of the day but the others were not too far behind. A hidden gem with a fantastic view. Also recommended for locals. Prices are average. For now it is only open for lunch.

They were amazing!!! I had the most incredible time with my partner. He and I got such fresh and delicious food with the most amazing service. The wines were local and tasted so good! Would 100% recommend visiting here! We liked it so much we shipped limoncello and wine back home to Chicago!

What an incredible experience my wife and I had here at Frantoio Gargiulo. We were in Sorrento for a week and it was the highlight of our trip! During the week, we also did a private boat charter to Amalfi Coast and Positano, ate a Michelin-star restaurant, as well as other excursions but the best experience of all was at Gargiulo.
All of their staff was so welcoming and friendly, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience.
We had a tour of the production facility and learned a lot about olive oil production and the things to look for on olive oil labels to ensure you are getting high quality olive oil when shopping in the US.
The olive oil was amazing, the wine great, and the food was the best we tasted from Amalfi to Naples. And that includes the Michelin star restaurant (which was also amazing) but Gargiulo's chef’s food was even better. And of course, the view is unsurpassed!
I only wish they we had not done this tasting olive oil & wine tasting on the last day that we were in Sorrento. Otherwise, we would have booked a dinner reservation at Gargiulo for another day.
Can’t wait to enjoy the olive oil & wine we bought with our family and friends once it arrives. We hope to return again to Sorrento some day soon and Gargiulo will be on top of our list.

I didn’t go on this tour myself but I purchased the tour for my mom and 4 of her friends for her birthday while she was in Sorrento. Of all of their tours they did during their 2 weeks vacation…they raved about this tour. Everything from the transfers, the food and wine were on point and beyond what they expected.

Our server Tony was by far the friendliest and such a fun server out of alll the restaurants we dined at in 10 days in Italy. He was attentive, knowledgeable and made our wine pairing a fun experience !!!!! If you go there , ask for Tony to be your server !!!! Even the chefs came out and were all so fun !!! I would go there every day if I lived there !!
