Group size is 6 people. The tour is with Prague Licenced Guide and British expat Jason, living and working in the city since 1996. Easy pace and filled with entertaining and interesting content.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is all about the little streets, passageways, alleyways and courtyards where big groups can't go. On their own they are not considered attractions but you need to understand why they are here before you can understand why the Old Town and Jewish Quarter looks like it does. Although not considered attractions you'll also be introduced to the Stolpersteine (Stumble Stones) project, learn some Czech, interpret building identifiers, recognise building design styles, get tips on local food/drink and a raft of other local tips from more than 20 years living here. Specific attractions are below.

This includes overviews of the Pinkas Synagogue, Old Jewish Cemetery, Ceremonial Hall, Klausen Synagogue, Old/New Synagogue and the Spanish Synagogue. Concise history, modern day function, what to look for plus tips on how to skip the lines.

Learn when the Old Town Hall first opened, how it came to have an Astronomical Clock, who built it, how it works and some tips on where best to watch the apostle procession.

Had a great time on this tour of old Prague and learnt a lot about the history of the city along the way. Our guide gave us a lot of insightful anecdotes about the history of the city, and pointed us details we would never have spotted on our own.

Highly recommend. Very informative and fun. The right pace and the right amount of info. If you do one tour to cover all the need to know as well as the unexpected curious info, you have to use Jason.

Highly interesting and informative tour by a native English speaker who has lived in the Czech Republic for many years. Justin has a deep knowledge of history so he could answer all our questions. We have visited the old town many times and we learned so much about the area that we did not know. Impressively, he kept up his energy and enthusiasm throughout the tour despite the heavy rain. Highly recommended.

My husband and I just returned from Prague and we took three walking tours with Jason. He limits his group tours to 6 people, so he is able to personalize his tour to any questions you might have. He is extremely knowledgeable about Prague and he makes the tour, informative and interesting.

It was a great tour to kick start our visit to Prague. Jason gave us an informative and personable service as guide. While the tour focused on the old town, we learned about history, culture, other sightseeing opportunities and tips for travelers in Prague. Highly recommend to do this on day 1.
