We went shopping in Hurghada on March 18th, 2024 and were picked up in Markadi Bay by the very nice driver Mahmoud, who was right on time. He asked us where we wanted to go and then looked for places where we could get everything we wanted. We got chatting and wanted to eat some authentic Egyptian food. Since it was Ramadan, we went to break the fast, where there were lots of people sitting around who we quickly struck up a conversation with, an experience we wouldn't have had otherwise.

We landed in Egypt the night before, so we thought it would be a good idea to book this short excursion just get to know the area. Mahmoud was a delight all throughout. He was very accommodating, kind, his English was really good and he was really funny. He took us to so many local spots that we never would of found on our own. Every-time we went to the shops he would wait for us patiently so there was no pressure on trying to hurry to make the next spot. He let me connect my phone to his car stereo and we listened and sang to music together along with my guests.
The shops he took I too were very catered to tourists, but there were a few smaller ones that really were amazing, the hospitality was just unmatched, everyone was so friendly and didn’t try and take advantage considering that we were obvious tourists.
He messaged me the day before to let us know what time he’ll pick us up, and when he has arrived to the hotel. The car was very clean, working AC, and he let me sit at the front.
Overall I highly recommend especially at the beginning of your holiday to Hurghada.

That was a super highly recommended tour.Our driver was extremely professional and polite.The tour is value for money because the choices are more than enough so you can choose and the driver-guide knows excellent the market and always makes suggestions.The best tour we had in Hurghada for sure.

Our driver Ahmed was very kind and helpful. He drove us to the souvenirshop, let us taste lovely local coffee and drove us to mini egypt. He is very nice!!!

Great experience. Mahmoud was very kind and made adjustments to tour as we preferred. He advised us on where to shop to save the money and where to stop and see Hurghada specific locations. He offered us to stay even longer, but we were so tired due to the heavy shopping we did on the location he recommended. If you want to shop at peace, without worrying about transport, bargaining etc, this tour guide is your #1 choice.

We were collected promptly. Mahmoud showed us every courtesy from the very beginning to the end of our wonderful. He even purchased lunch for us all at his expense!! We can't recommend this more highly than we have already. 10 out of 10.

What a fabulous evening we had with Mahmoud in Hurghada. He picked us up at 6 pm and the 5 of us went off…. We parked up and Mahmoud took us around the town, the place was buzzing, full of light and life. Mahmoud took us everywhere, doing what the locals do. We had sugar cane juice, we bought sweet corn from a bbq street seller, we walked around the souks to the fabulous fruit and vegetable market and then stopped off for the best falafel we have ever tasted, before wandering back through the bird and meat market and then jumping on a local bus ( an experience in itself). NONE of this, we would have done or known about without the expert guidance, help, generosity and endless patience of Mahmoud … just one of the many fantastic tours we have done with Mahmoud and his team.

Beautiful private tour with Mahmoud. We have visited so many beautiful hidden places that we would never have seen on our own. Very kind Egyptian people and always with open arms. Mahmoud is a person with a good heart very friendly. We enjoyed the tour very much. Next time, if we visit the Egzpt, we cannot miss a tour with Mahmoud. And to recommend to friends and family!
