We had an amazing private tour with Nuno. He picked us up right in front of our hotel. He came before the picking up time and he let us know we can leave whenever we are ready to depart! His driving was very safe and smooth. His car was very comfortable with AC. On the way to Duoro, he taught us what are the best foods to eat in Porto and a little of Portuguese culture. His tour in Duoro valley included other amazing people too at every stop!! They made sure that we felt comfortable and kept our trip very special. I would highly recommend a private tour with this company and when I come back next time, I will reach out to Nuno again!!!!

The most romantic private tour ever. Signed up with them a few months ago and like many we get nervous that it will be what they say. This totally delivered picked us at the cruise port and took us into the Douro valley the drive was beautiful including driving through the 5km tunnel. Miguel constantly made sure we were doing well and if we need anything. We enjoyed the 1 hr cruise tour on the river then to our first winery. They try to keep to less busy wineries and it turned out we were the only people there. From there we went to another for lunch then back to our cruise ship. I had mentioned I wanted to buy some of the yummy espresso beans to take home and our guide picked us up his favourite kind.
Excellent experience and beautiful landscape and was iced with delicious ports

Very nice experience to discover the charm of the Douro valley, the mountainous landscapes, and taste the wines and port. The guide Jorge was very attentive. Plus, the intimate side of visiting a winery (we were alone), lunch on the terrace in a second winery. I recommend

We took the private winery tour with Jorge whom we loved. Jorge was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He took us to a small winery where they still stomp the grapes. We then had a lovely lunch at a private port house where the instructed us on the intricacies of port production. It was obvious that Jorge was well known and respected. He was attentive to our comfort at every step. He spoke excellent English and translated as needed.

Excellent day with Nuno despite the cloudy weather. Great tour of the oldest winery in the region and a delightful boat cruise and lunch with ample tastings.

What an amazing tour. Nuno, our private tour guide collected us from the hotel. He was excellent at his job, knew loads about the area and the industry, but also great company on a day from 8.30 - 5.30 pm. We had a tour of a Portuguese Port making facility on the side of the Duero valley and tasted a couple of generous servings of Port. Nuno then drove us to the Duero where we had a boat trip to parts of the Duero that can’t be reached by car. Excellent staff and more Port wine!
Nuno then took us to a fab restaurant in a Portuguese port company owned old house. Three course meal, lots of wine and then a tasting of the Ports made there. Great day out. We would highly recommend it. Ask for Nuno as your guide.
