Highly recommend this tour. We had an amazing time! Arya and Rudy/kds were amazing drivers who took care of everything for us. They were very welcoming and helpful. Rudy took amazing photos for us throughout the entire tour and Arya was very knowledgeable and gave us interesting facts everywhere we drove.

Breathtaking & Amazing ! What an experience ! Everything from start to finish was fantastic ! The sunrise was magical. Wally, our guide was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and history… recommended 10/10

Wayan and Yuila, our two guides were so thoughtful and wonderful. They went trough every hoop just to make sure we were having a blast. That alone made the trip unforgettable!

My guide Sentana, was incredibly helpful and friendly, we had such a great time. Our jeep drivers Wayan and Yulia were so nice. And Yulia’s picture taking skills were awesome!

We booked Mount Bator trip from Viator for the following places. Early morning sunrise, black lava, Coffee plantations and tasting, and Uma Ceking Rice Terrace. Dedy has been appointed as driver and guide from Viator, we were able to have awesome experience in this trip only due to him. First, Dedy took care of our time management to cover all the four places and also ensured we spend very good time in the places as well. His driving was awesome, starting with reaching the sunrise spot early we allowed us to find a good sunrise spot and enjoyed a beautiful sunrise first time from mountains. Then, we had a great visit to black lava, Coffee plantations and Ceking rice terraces. Dedy also acted as our personal photographer took some breathtaking photos throughout the journey. Thanks a ton to Dedy and Viator for this awesome experience. Definitely book Dedy from Viator.com without second thought for a any mount batur trip

Great experience for our first sunrise in Bali. Dress warmly in layers. It’s cold going up the mountain but warms up considerably after sunrise. Our driver from Ubud to Batur was Sentana and he was fantastic and knowledgeable. We had 2 Jeep drivers, Yasa and Hari, who were also great photographers. Our kids (9 and 11yo) enjoyed it as well (despite the early start! Jet lag prob helped). The black lava was cool to see and our kids enjoyed learning the coffee making process at the coffee plantation (although we were all kinda tired at that point so the coffee and chocolate tastings were also just a nice pick-me-up). I booked them through viator but wouldn’t hesitate to book with them directly now that I know which company viator uses.

Komang our jeep driver really made this experience the best! He was so friendly and accommodating, provided us with a blanket when it was cold in the jeep and took loads of amazing pictures for us and just generally made sure we had a good day which we certainly did!
