Electric bike rental in Nice

Woke up on vacation and it was pouring down rain yet I had booked to E bikes. Opened my Viator app and only found the address to pick up the bikes no phone number no name of the company. Later, when it quit raining, I walked to the company and asked for my voucher to be honored on the following day. The company did not say that they did not have any bikes available. They just said they would not honor the voucher that I needed to contact Viator. I’ve booked 10 tours with Viator over the past 12 months and they refused to refund me on this $66 E bike reservation leaving a very very bad taste in my mouth.

Great introduction to the bikes with 5 out of 6 all good. One of the bikes required some gear adjustment which we didn’t realise until we were quite a way from the bike shop. Excellent experience with plenty of sites to see.

It is a great spot to start travelling from and accommodating staff issuing the bikes. The bikes seemed well maintained and had plenty of charge for the extensive trip.

We went from Nice to Monaco and it was great except one of the E-bike wasnt working like it should ( the bettery was always turning off)

But despite this we had a great time

We hired these ebikes on our last day after checking out of our apartment. Amazing experience. Friendly, happy staff, very pleasing. Perfect way to spend your last day of touring, not too hot and sweaty.

Awesome tour guide! He was very informative and took care of our needs. When it started to rain unexpectedly, he provided us with rain jackets!
