The tunnels were amazing and the tour guide Vinh was patient and thorough with his walkthrough of the tunnels and bits of info about Saigon and the terrors of war. He took the effort to share some handwritten notes on food and attractions for visitors new to Saigon. Bundled lunch was decent and in a clean and well cooled restaurant. Overall, worth a half day++ spent to learn the harsh lessons and cruelty of human conflict. Never again

The tour was extremely interesting full of exciting activities and history. Our tour guide Justin was knowledgeable and helpful and enthusiastic.

What I read/heard about Vietnam War was demonstrated simplistically. Our guide Tuan is a war veteran who explained life inside the tunnel with first hand knowledge

My boyfriend and I went on this tour May 21, 2024. The tour itself was a much smaller group with only a total of 8 people.
We had the amazing good luck of having Tuan as our tour guide. Tuan is a veteran officer of the war and had spent 8 years fighting alongside the US military in the exact area we were touring.
He was able to give his own personal account of the war and teach us many things the other guides frankly couldn’t as they were not there. Many of the other guides would even tell their groups Tuan was the subject matter expert and if they had questions to ask him!
The ride was amazing (AC worked great and chairs had a massage function), Tuan is a national treasure, the tour was great (mind you it was some hard sweaty work going through the tunnels, really gives perspective as they had to make them larger to accommodate visitors) and the lunch was delicious.
Spend a few more to get the VIP tour and hope you get Tuan!

Very informative trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels. The day was extremely hot so It was great to have a well air conditioned mini van.
The guide Bao took us through the History of Indochina and the Vietnam war. He was engaging and made the tour enjoyable.
