Kathy was extremely knowledgeable and provided a very entertaining and educational tour. She had an exceptionally friendly personality as well. I would highly recommend her services. Our tour was in July 2022.

We are very lucky to have Kathy, who is not only very knowledgeable, but passionate and cheerful. She made the tour interesting and exciting ( not quite often when you go to a museum!) Can’t wait to go back to V&A and explore more. Isn’t this what V&A is all about - a welcoming, perfect combination journey of inspiration and knowledge !

Our guide, Kathy, was wonderful! She provided us with a great overview of the history of the museum and of Victoria and Albert. We loved all of the highlights she wove into our 2 1/2 hour tour. While there was so much more for us to see, we really appreciated having her expertise and wisdom. She answered all questions we had and while we didn't feel rushed, we were able to see so much! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent tour with Kathy Harrison. I was worried that it would be difficult with my two young children but Kathy made it fun and interesting for the whole family. I learned lots and really enjoyed myself, Kathy was able to answer all my questions, she seems to know everything there is to know about the V&A! Kathy was also really friendly which made for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. I will definitely book one of Kathy’s other tours next time we’re in London and would recommend her without reservation.

We had a tour with Kathy Harrison. What a JOY and how knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Kathy took the time at the start to ask us if we had particular interests so she could tailor the tour, she also made slight detours to point out fascinating artefacts based upon the questions we were asking. We can thoroughly recommend Kathy as a tour guide as she provided insight & understanding of the V&A, and also it was a load of fun! Currently planning our next visit to London, along with a tour with Kathy. Exceeded our expectations, thoroughly recommended.
