Not only will you have the opportunity to catch world class fish, but you will be able to do it in the intracoastal as you get a grand tour of urban Fort Lauderdale. Since the fishing takes place in the protected inshore waters you do not have to worry about getting seasick or having to travel far offshore in rough seas. All of our fishing is with light tackle, which makes the experience much more exciting and allows the angler to feel part of the action. Our main species we target are tarpon (sometimes over 100 pounds), snook, jack crevalle, barracuda, and sharks. We mainly fish with live bait, and most of the action is topwater giving the angler a visual experience. Anglers are welcome to hold the rod or use the rod holder until there is a bite depending on how much anglers want to participate.

We had an amazing time with Captain Zach, very knowledgeable about the area and the sports to hit. We all know that chartering a fishing boat does not guarantee a catch especially when it's off season but Zach made sure we don't leave without catching tarpon and that we did.

We had a terrific time on this tour! Zach was very knowledgeable about the area, where we would have the best chance of catching fish and coaching in techniques. He was also very accommodating and enjoyable to spend the afternoon/evening with. We were glad we selected a private outing, rather than a boat full of people.
Zach was able to lead us to a location where my teenage son was able to catch a VERY impressive tarpon. It made his trip!

My good friend and I chartered Zach 6 trips last week. He has the passion, experience and equipment to make your dream trip come true.
Fishing is still fishing but we were very successful due to Zach/s hard work and dedication to the task at hand.
Would fish with him again and recommend his services....He's also a very pleasant young man. Lots of fun...

Got a heads up from Zach that weather was going to be a problem on our scheduled trip so we made new plans. Zach showed up on time (5am) and pretty much took care of everything on the trip- bringing us to the fish, casting to the fish, telling us how to get them on the boat, freeing the fish, and taking our pictures. Except for our novice ineptitude we probably would have had double the fish though I think we caught 10 nonetheless, including snook and lots of Jack. Lost a tarpon. No snags.
Inland waterway has plenty of fish and ocean would have been unfishable given the weather.
Fun time for me and my son. Great time and memories. Thanks Zach.

This was the most amazing fishing trip of my life. The two 9 year olds I brought were blown away!!! We literally caught a snook... and the shark bit it while we were reeling it in!!!! Oh, and we caught the shark!!! Zach is amazing.
