Absolutely Magnificent and Unforgettable, this is how we can remember the experience with Portrilhos, organized by Carla Costa and Fernando Portilho, in which concern for the safety and well-being of its customers is the main priority.

In the first minute of contact, the commitment between “Service Providers” and the “Customer” immediately turns into a feeling of future Friendship.

Taking a walk on a trail with Fernando is not just a walk, but a true “Rural Journey”.

It is a journey of discoveries and experiences, accompanied by “Um Homem da Terra”, exemplary friendliness and Professionalism, Dedication and Responsibility that leaves us absolutely safe and calm at every moment of the “Journey”.

He is a “Man of the Earth”, with enormous dedication and a deep respect and love for nature, with enormous knowledge of his region and places, its people, the fauna and flora of the mountains, mountains and rivers.

It is the Friend who during the “Trip” surprises us with another unforgettable moment… a snack/lunch filled with delicious things… Meat sausage ball, cake, natural lemonade and even a hot coffee, all made and prepared by him and by Carla, specifically for the trip and served in a paradisiacal place, next to waterfalls and small lakes.

The “Journey” is so pleasant and so rich, that we don’t even realize the kilometers covered between breathtaking landscapes, in which Fernando tells us about the habits, customs and traditions, the experiences and behaviors of the “people of that land of his.” ”.

We left Mondim de Basto, with a full soul and much richer socially, as we made two new friends, who we keep in our hearts.

We will definitely return to see our friends again and be able to take more “Trips in Rurality”, in the excellent company of Fernando and Carla.

We want to thank Carla and especially Fernando for the magnificent day they gave us. There were hours on end of a lot of adventure and also some demands in between, but with the reward of wonderful landscapes and unique knowledge of the region.
We also cannot forget the lunch prepared for us by Fernando and Carla themselves, which was delicious.
Without a doubt, whenever we return to Mondim we will look for you.

What a day in this beautiful national park. Colorful flowers, pristine water, marvelous views, beautiful waterfalls, shepherd with goats and small villages where we could buy drinks from locals. Carla was great, she grew up in the area and is very knowledgeable on the history and the park's flora and fauna. In addition to all this, Carla brought homemade lemonade and orange cake that was absolutely delicious 😋 We would love to come again and do another hike with Por trilhos. Thank you for a great day 🌞

Carla's recommendation was essential for choosing a suitable trail for our family. Fernando is a fantastic guide who helped us throughout the journey. He showed us stunning places always accompanied by incredible history and knowledge of Mondim and the Alvão Natural Park! With a mega bonus of having prepared homemade ball, lemonade and a pear cake for us. A five-star treatment😊.
Not only do we intend to use Portrilhos again, we recommend it.

Pastoral scenes not to forget.. splendor d views and people. Tailor made walks with waterfalls, local traditions and flora. Great for everyone

We had absolutely beautiful hike and afternoon. Everything was just perfect - the distance, company and snacks. Great activity also for kids! We definitely recommend if you like to discover north of Portugal.
