Our Nice food tour is a walking tour around the historical center of Nice. The tourist is guided by a "Foodie", a local "buddy" able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities.
Do Eat Better tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing French culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend. This is the reason why we accept small groups only: we want to focus on a genuine exchange and give to each tourist the highest attention possible.

My wife, and I, recently did the food tour in Nice and it was an amazing way to learn the local cuisine and learn about the old town of Nice. Our guide, Elea, was very knowledgeable. Would definitely do again!

We really enjoyed the food tour! These were definitely places we would not have discovered on our own and it was a nice variety in a short amount of time. Lena was a super host and very helpful + friendly. Highly recommend starting your trip to Nice with this so you can go back and enjoy some of the spots she shared!

We enjoyed our tour with Elea very much. It was a great way to begin our trip in Nice as we got a chance to both explore the city on foot while also trying delicious food along the way. Our favorite stop was the wine cellar/bar. A hidden gem, we would've never gotten to experience this local spot without the tour. Thank you so much Elea for a wonderful time!

A great way to experience the city and explore the gastronomy of the area. The food was plentiful, and Elea was a delightful guide. We made 5 stops, including an olive oil/tapenade tasting, charcuterie/wine pairing, socca & other local specialities, ice cream, and a chocolatier that included a souvenir box of chocolate (or calisson, if preferred). Elea also gave us plenty of recommendations so we could continue exploring on our own as our trip went on!

It was so nice to take this food tour on our first day in Nice. Rachel, our guide, was amazing. She was knowledgeable about this wonderful city and very personable. This tour was a great way to orient to Nice. We’ve visited shops and restaurants that we have returned to since. Highly recommended.

Leo was our guide on this informative and fun tour of Old Nice. He lives in Old
Nice and really gave us a wonderful historical
tour. The food stops at some of Nice’s best shops did not disappoint! I highly recommend this tour! Be sure not to eat anything before you embark on this tour!

The guide was very pleasant.
There were several good stops for food. However this was a disappointing tour. We have done many tours in different cities and this was not the best.
One of the stops provided information about the products. However in the restaurant there was no information about what we were eating or drinking. The guide couldn’t provide much information either.
In another the guide brought the food and provided some information but it really needed background. We were told to go away and walk about for 15 minutes as she had to wait in a queue for the food!
Usually we expect to hear some of the history of the city too, but this was sadly lacking.
Really not of the quality we were expecting.
