We will meet at our workshop filled with materials, tools and finished products. This is where you will become an insider on the history of this humble people's shoe that evolved into a major fashion trend.
Together with master artisans you will craft your own pair of Espadrilles. Out of different combinations, you will chose the size of the base, the stitching style and the color and type of the laces, you will learn the different ways to lace them up!
At the end, you will feel like a true artisan.

Our family had a ton of fun ! Our thanks to Anne and Carolina and the third team member to whom I must apologize profusely because I forgot his name (He was so patient and upbeat with our brother who is neuro-divergent). The environment was welcoming, the energy was positive, the music was a blast, we learned a ton, and literally walked away with one-of-a-kind souvenirs. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Barcelona!

The staff were helpful and very friendly. They had so many cute sandals, and I got a pair for comfy and a pair for dress up. Totally love the fact that you can buy extra laces to really change the entire look of the dress up sandals.

My wife and I were in Spain for two weeks and took several tours and activities in multiple cities. This event was the last one of our trip and it was definitely a highlight. The instructors were friendly and engaging, and took a personal interest to ensure each of us were able to create a beautiful pair of espadrilles. This is a family run business - and they are passionate about their shoes and this experience. Really nice bunch of people and so helpful. I was a little worried when I went initially as I was the only one in the class but it was great fun and Pilu was wonderful.

Fun class, not only learning to make the shoes but also the history. It was a chance to be creative and make a custom souvenir. My teenage daughter and I loved it!

A fun and interactive experience! Informative, creative, Cava included. You can choose the kind of shoe, platforms cost are additionally, but flat ones have more colours to chose from. Its a fun way to start a day in the gothic district. Totally worth it.
