Giovanni did a good job guide us onto the transport ship to Capri and then guiding us through the streets of Capri so we could have the optimum experience in the short timeframe.
Alexio also did a wonderful job take us through the streets and structure of Pompeii while providing us with the amazing history lesson of this ancient city!!

Pompeii would be overwhelming and you would miss nuances that are truly important. Pompeii, and it was fantastic, thanks to our incredibly knowledgeable guide. I loved both tours! To capri we had Giovanni and Pompeii we had Alexandri . Both great !! Capri was beautiful! Pompeii was very interesting and I learned a lot !

We had a great time on our trip! Our tour guide was Giusi DP was our guide and took us to the places we wanted to see she was very pleasant and friendly! I only wish they had ear pieces at Pompeii for the tour guide there. She was VERY knowledgeable but a little hard to hear. She answered all of my questionss I would recommend this excursion.

This tour was perfect for our group to do during our cruise day in Naples. Walter was a phenomenal guide who communicated well via phone prior to meeting which allowed for an easy pickup at the cruise terminal and trip to Capri. You get a quick tour of Capri where he gives some insight on the views and then allows for some free time to explore/eat before heading back to Naples. We then took a van to Pompeii where Walter introduced us to Liz, another phenomenal guide who took us through Pompeii. Though our time was limited due to the cruise return time, she maximized every minute we had before getting us back to the cruise ship in time. You can tell she truly has a passion for sharing her knowledge of Pompeii to her group. All in all, the guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible in order to give us the very best day we could have imagined having 8 hours in Naples!

Silvia is the best guide! She was flexible with the day’s schedule to give us the best of Capri before the rain! We loved the island and Pompeii tour with Anna was amazing. We also got great dinner recs from Silvia. Highly recommend!

The sites were fabulous. However the tour guide was very unorganized. She repeatedly lost members of our 18 person group. Also she did not communicate what was happening during the tour nor did she give information during the bus ride. She didn't keep the group together so we had to keep waiting while she found the missing people. Plus the bus was not air conditioned even though it was 105 degrees nor were provided water.

Good trip to maximize what you see here in Naples. Antonio was great. I wish we had more time in Pompeii but choosing 2 destinations in one package, this is carefully curated and really did get us to see a lot of things in one day.

This was so disappointing. We purchased a small group tour, no more than 8 people. We received multiple messages with our meet time and location being 7:50am. Upon arrival we learned that they would be combining groups making our small group much larger. We then waited and waited and waited for the tour to begin. After more than an hour we began to ask more questions about the groups and were assured that they were only combining for parts of the tour and the rest of the time we would be a group of 12. Still larger than the guaranteed group size. We finally got it down to a group of 10, which was disappointing as we were paying more than 800 euro and were still waiting for the tour to begin an hour after meet time. We asked around and another tour was offering similar for less than half the cost. We were still waiting but the kicker came when we called the office to ask about canceling since the tour still hadn't left and the office representative was extremely rude. The tone and message was short, rude, and just unacceptable. The whole experience was not in line with Viator's standard. We've always been happy with using them in the past. There are plenty of tours - pick a different one.
