Silvia was excellent! Very informative and so helpful. It was so easy to see Pompei and not have to navigate admission. Once there we received listening devices so that our tour guide could explain all of the sites and everyone could hear. We also received a bottle of water and enjoyed the air conditioned bus there and back while she reviewed the sites we were passing. Silvia even gave us food suggestions after the tour.

Picked up by Maria. Mario was the van driver. The van could have had better AC. Otherwise, they were nice. Had a short tour of the cameo factory. Then, a really great tour with Biaggio(?) spelling? He was a little difficult to understand…but, very knowledgeable and pretty funny. It was a small group tour (7) with a lovely family from Melbourne, Australia.

Our guide Vanna was amazing. We shared a comfortable small bus. She showed us all the highlights witj knowledge and humor. Highly recommend

Pompeii itself was amazing. Our tour guide was good, but I would not say fantastic. It was a very hot crowded day, and it seemed to reflect in his mood.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and went a little overboard in spending time telling us about his credentials. The quality of the tour would have been helped by headsets to hear the guide. People close to the guide could hear but a lot of us couldn't. The tour also felt very rushed. We did love seeing Pompeii.

It was a great tour from beginning to end. We were promptly picked up from the port in an air conditioned van. Several folks joined us and then on the Pompeii. Our guide was very knowledgeable and kept us away from crowds.

We went with Rubem to Capri. And Anacapri. Everything was wonderful with these guides. Very attentive and fun. Unforgettable experience.

The trip started at pick up point at the harbour, waiting more than an hour for pick up.
We called office to get an update of guide arrival, and despite they promised to call back they never did.
After pickup we went to another place to pick up other passengers and picked up two wrong passengers.
To be honest guide didn’t have any control over the situation.
Instead of leaving Napoli at 8 we left at 9:15 and instead of being back in time we were one and a half hour late.
The guide was okay in Pompeii and told a lot of the stories about it
