My husband and I along with our 2 teenagers really enjoyed our tour of Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius. Connie was an excellent tour guide, very personable, and answered all of our questions. Our driver Gennaro was very careful and skilled in navigating the extremely narrow and curvy roads, especially up and down the mountain. We felt very safe. The light lunch was fantastic, even for my daughter and I who are gluten free. I am so glad we went with Connie and Gennaro.

Connie was very nice and helpful. She came to pick us up outside the hotel, showing us the way to the bus. The driver, Gennaro, drove us safely to Pompei where we went on a guided tour.
Then we went and got a nice Italian luch with pizza, pasta and one free drink.
In the end Gennaro drove us up to mount vesuvio while Connie told us about different attractions along the way. Then followed a walk up to the crater, and we had some time to enjoy the view.
In total a nice experience. Thank you Connie and Gennaro :)

The staff was friendly informative and helpful . Had a very good time. Recommend to others. Should take early because in summer could be hot.

Good hiking and to see the crater experience. Pompie was good too but if you want to explore the full pompie will recommend you to buy the 3 day pass.

Badly done by the tour operator. We were meant to be an English tour but it was dual language and therefore double the time was spent at each point of interest in Pompeii which meant the tour was VERY limited. There was no commentating as we drove to the two sites. There was no volcanologist explaining the geology at Mnt Vesuvius (there was no guide at all), we were given a ticket and told to go through the gates and he (the driver) would meet us back at the bus! I requested a partial refund as the tour was miss-sold but was told that Viator were sorry but "at this time we are unable to offer a refund"....really disappointed.

Had a very interesting time loved seeing Pompeii and tour guide was excellent in his knowledge that he passed on
We also love our mt Vesuvius trip and we were both very happy that we walked up to the top even though it was a very hot day

This is our first time to Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius. The scenery was amazing and we learnt more about the life of the local people centuries ago. The guide was knowledgeable and explained very well. Highly recommended a small group with light lunch.
