Our excursion with Rosarita from Italytours.eu was amazing! My husband and I took our 15 year old granddaughter on excursion to Sorrento, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast and it was a day we will never forget! Rosarita met us outside our Royal Caribbean cruise ship, Oasis o the Sea. I really appreciated that she called us to let us know exactly where she was standing. Rosarita even told us to watch for her pink hat which made her much easier to find in the crowd! I appreciated that she held a sign with our name on it, but truly her hat made it even easier!
The drive to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast was slow but beautiful. I loved the views from our van and appreciated stops to take photos. Rosarita was very informative and entertaining! She made our trip extra special! We had a different guide for Pompeii. What an incredible city! The history was fascinating!
I would love the chance to take this trip again! I recommend it to anyone stopping in Naples for the day on a cruise. World tours should consider letting guests know that during the tour additional boat rides are offered but you must have Euros! No card accepted only Euro.
Otherwise the tour was lovely.

We were due to visit the 3 places, Sorrento, Amalfi & Positano on a small group 8 people tour. When the guide met us we were told that due to a landslide in Positano a couple of days prior,the road was closed. This is something out of anyone's control & we fully understood. When questioned what was the revised plan, he said nothing else just the two places. We later found out from other tour operators they had included as an extra ,a boat trip /another port . Amalfi was beautiful with stunning scenery & didn't disappoint,but very busy. Sorrento was also beautiful & not quite as busy & we had an excellent lunch ( already included in the price). It would have been useful if they had pre advised us the day before of the change & maybe given customers options of cancelling or booking something else or a credit note. Our guide Francesco was very inexperienced & not very forthcoming with information all throughout the tour. We had to keep asking questions. A map of the places would have been useful.
We have used Viator many times & always been more than happy. A very unfortunate experience on this occasion .I have written independently to Viator.

If you are looking for a day trip to these areas, look no further. We were picked up at our hotel in an air conditioned van and taken to each site listed. Mario, our driver and our tour guide, Daniel, did a great job on getting us to and from the sites. I do wish you had about 30 more minutes in Sorrento and Positano with the tour. Amalfi, there was plenty of time. We also had a great lunch at a restaurant with a beautiful view. It was a great trip and I would highly recommend it.

Not great, they should mention It is at least and hours to each location by bus if you are prone to car sickness this is not for you!

Gabriel Casavega & Mario Were the best! They had us entertained and laughing the whole time. Gabriel was so funny and made learning about the city interesting and not boring. He even offered to give euros to us because we weren’t sure if we had enough. He was the best tour guide ever!

Giusy was our guide and Lino was our driver! Giusy did an excellent job explaining things and pointing out beautiful sights!! She is extremely informative about all 3 stops.. Sorrento, Positano and the Amalfi Coast.. she made sure we knew where to meet her after free time and was always there waiting for us. She took extra care of people that had difficulty walking and keeping up with the group. Lino our driver did an excellent job maneuvering the narrow streets of Italy! He got us back to our ship in plenty of time and safely!!
