Staff at counter, near exit, driver and excursion coordinator were professional, prompt and very helpful. No complaints. I intentionally booked a no frills long solo weekend trip and my expectations were low to realistic. So far expectations have been exceeded and everyone had been upfront with costs, times, locations and offerings.

This website is a scam. They left me stranded at the airport because the company I booked with said they no longer work with viator and they don't have a record of my reservation. I will be disputing the charge.

We booked a round trip airport transfer from Punta Cana to our Hotel. During my reservation I made it clear that the transfer was for 2 adults and a child that needed a baby car seat. I chatted with them on whatsapp, called and confirmed on the phone and for them to note the need for a child seat. Yet they ignored the request, up on calling to make sure a seat was seat on our return transfer to the airport they told that it was subject to availability and not guaranteed. Well my tip isn’t guaranteed neither. This company is a scam, the line outside the airport was insanely long and very disorganized. Very unprofessional way of doing business.

I traveled to Punta Cana last month (July 2022) and booked our packaged through AA Vacations. BD Experience is one of the vendors they use for airport transportation.

I'll start with the positives: the agent at the airport was friendly and professional. He escorted us to our shuttle and explained how to locate the BD rep at our resort in order to book our return shuttle.

But after 3 days, we were unable to locate the rep when we got on our resort so I emailed the company, which is when everything went downhill. RANDIEL FARIAS responded to my email and requested our return flight info, which I promptly provided. RANDIEL FARIAS then called me and confirmed that my entire party of 5 would be picked up at our resort at the same time since were all on the same return flight. However, the next morning he emailed me stating that we would be picked up at different times.

I responded to his email and explained AGAIN that we were all on the same flight and expressed my confusion as he had just told me the day before we would be picked up together. RANDIEL FARIAS then proceeded to argue with me via email and pretty much called me a liar and denied ever confirming that we would all be on the same return flight. He repeatedly stated that was the information AA Vacations provided to BD Experience. Fortunately, the other members of my party were coped on the email thread and provided screenshot of their flight details confirming what I had been explaining to RANDIEL FARIAS for hours. After several hours of going back and forth, RANDIEL FARIAS finally changed all of our shuttle to the same pick up time. There was no "I apologize for the inconvenience" or other words of empathy.

I understand there may be instances in which the airlines may provide the incorrect information, but instead of arguing with a customer for hours (A CUSTOMER WHO IS SIMPLY TRYING TO MAKE SURE THEIR ENTIRE PARTY OF WOMEN GETS BACK TO THE U.S. SAFELY TOGETHER) he should've just simply contacted AA to verify our flight information.

I do hope that management sees this review and sees this as a coaching opportunity for RANDIEL FARIAS because he seems as if he gets some sort of sick twisted pleasure out of ARGUING and BULLYING customers.

Booked vacation to the Dreams Onyx, Punta Cana through American Airlines Vacations. Paid for a round trip transfer with this company through American Airlines. Got us from the airport to the hotel but left us stranded at the hotel for our return. The concierge at the hotel was most helpful and called the company. Answer: ‘We were there for a pick-up, but the clients weren’t there’ . Nonsense. We were in the lobby WAITING. We had to spend another $75 for a taxi so we wouldn’t miss our flight. I will be contacting American Airlines Vacations to complain and get a refund.

FRIENDLY, PROMPT, AND HONEST! We stayed at the Excellence El Carmen resort and our travel agent booked our transport to and from the resort with BD Experience. We opted for the shared transportation, because we had received our COVID-19 vaccinations and were not worried about getting sick. Going to the resort, we ended up with the van to ourselves. Going back to the airport, we shared with another couple (picked up at another resort) and enjoyed conversing with them and sympathizing with the sadness of having to leave this gorgeous country behind and return back to work. Our driver both times was Alexander, and he was GREAT! Alexander is an excellent driver and open to talking or sitting in silence, whichever the passengers prefer. When we were dropped off at the airport, we realized we had accidentally left an item in the van. A shout out here to the staff at American Airlines at the Punta Cana International Airport desk for their assistance in letting us use a phone to call BD Experience Punta Cana and try to retrieve the lost item. We successfully explained what happened and Alexander swung back by with the item we had left behind. All while still giving us plenty of time to get through security and catch our flight. I will use this company again.

We used transportation from the airport as well as did a whole day safari and coffee, coca tour with stop at the beautiful church. We had amazing experience George and Belliar were our driver and guid they were awesome totally made the trip. George was well versed in english and Spanish he cracked jokes and really got into it. His love of his country and community really showed he gave great information and was really enthusiastic about his teaching. He took photos for us and shared fruit he even went out of the way to find a wild star fruit tree and share some with us once he found out it was my favorite fruit and how I commented on how hard it is to find in the states. The driver was great too. Very good driver in less then ideal driving conditions. The vehicles were clean and well kept. Over all great experience I travel extensively out of the US for work and please. I have to say one of the best travel days I've had in a long time. Thanks George and Belliar and b d experience for having such great employees!!
