The most memorable part was when our tour guide, Isaac, disappeared with the group when my husband and I were the last ones coming up the steps. Two guards in the Sagrada Familia tried to help us find him. This took 25 mins. and we eventually found him. Meanwhile, I called Viator for some assistance and I was told they couldn’t contact him by phone and we should tour on our own for free. This was so frustrating. When we joined the tour, the guide had no idea we were missing. He just kept speaking to the group and never acknowledge us. This put a real damper on this experience.

Tour guide was hard to understand. Audible equipment very rudimentary. Some participants left tour due to poor experience.

I highly recommend this tour. It provides a comprehensive view of this architectural marvel in a short period of time. The tour groups are small and are the tour guide was very knowledgeable. Love it.

Our guide was very engaging and informative. The tour was very organized and departed on time. Once the tour was complete, we were able to visit the museum or go back into the church to look around some more. A must see site while in Barcelona enhanced by a well-run tour made the experience highly recommended!

Our guide presented many interesting facts. I learned much about the history.
There were 21 people in our group which was a bit larger than I thought but the use of the whisperer earbuds effective.

Good tour, quite pricey for what you get but headphones make it easier to hear the tour guide. He was knowledgeable and friendly and found the location meeting point without any issues

Tour guide was informative, it was nice to know the background to the structural design. Glad I opted to go on a tour rather than going alone. Don’t think I would have had the same experience.

Isaac was a good guide and informative as well as humerus. It took over 40 minutes to get a cab so we were pushing to get there on time and they were able to wait a few minutes for our arrival.
