We arrived a few minutes late after our taxi was stuck behind a traffic accident. There was no sign of our tour guide. I tried the phone number provided in the listing several times with no success for more than an hour. When someone finally answered, the response was Too bad, you were late. No offer to take a later tour, no offer of refund for my 5x30 Euro tickets, not even an apology for my frustration.
Meanwhile, the Golden Tours organizer nearby was managing multiple requests to change times for various reasons- part of the group is late, we’d love to go on an earlier tour, etc. We re-booked with Golden Tours and had a great experience.
Do yourself a favor and pick Golden Tours over Tours for Today.

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Nayab, and I had a tour booked today via your app. Unfortunately, the bus that was scheduled to take us to the park broke down, causing us to be delayed by 10 minutes. Despite emailing the tour guide about this unforeseen glitch and arriving just 10 minutes late, we were informed that the tour would not wait for us.
Given that the bus breakdown was beyond our control and an unforeseen circumstance, I kindly request a refund for the missed tour. I have attempted to resolve this issue by calling your customer service number twice, but each time, I was informed that neither a deferment nor a refund would be provided.
I am currently stranded in the middle of nowhere with my five-year-old daughter and urgently need to return home from the park. This situation has caused us considerable distress, and I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in processing a refund for our booking.

Nous avons eu la chance de visiter le Park Guëll avec la sympathique Carla. Elle parle très bien français et rend la visite très intéressante par différentes anecdotes. On en apprend beaucoup sur les origines de ce parc ainsi que sur la création des œuvres que l'on rencontre sur tout notre parcours. C'était passionnant et cela n'a fait que renforcer l'effet "Wouahou" devant la beauté du lieu. Merci Carla!

We waited a half hour unsure if they would let our group in. The guide wouldn’t give us any information. Then the guide spoke too much once we actually entered and no one wanted to hear him drag on. We wanted to see the park.

A fascinating place. We had a great guide and a lovely tour. The tour company was very communicative as we were having trouble finding a cab, and helped us find our guide once we were finally dropped off with 2 minutes to spare!

Sold me tour after the meet up time. Got to the entrance as fast as I could and was a few mins late. Person on WhatsApp told me guide was waiting for me but lied. He was rude and sarcastic and refused to give a refund. Tour may be ok but would avoid this company as if anything goes wrong will just take your money and be of no help.
