Paid for private car driver in catania to travel to Taormina, No driver showed up for 9:30am pick up at port, called travelosophy tour operator 4 times no one answered, sent text at 945am and they responded at 11:47am with voucher. Sent another Text to refund due to tour operator no show.
No responses very dissatisfied with lack of service and no contact.
