Every aspect of working with Puerto Rico Green Transportation, beginning with booking was amazing. Denise took my call and helped plan the right round trip transportation to get a group of 9 from San Juan to Ceiba, while allowing for stops on the way.
Billy was our driver from San Juan to Ceiba, and Harold was our driver back from Ceiba to San Juan. Bothe gentlemen were professional, courteous, and friendly. Billy picked us up at the airport and was waiting for us with a sign at baggage claim.
Harold took time to get pictures of our group at our stops along the way, and made it a memorable trip! You cannot go wrong booking with Puerto Rico Green Transportation!

Excellent day! Harold was our driver and the treatment was excellent, he was detailed and very organized. We booked the service for a corporate visit with several stops and everything was perfect. We will definitely hire Puerto Rico Green Transportation again. 100% recommended

We used the sprinter van three times on our trip. To get from the airport to the ferry, ferry to Old San Juan, and Old San Juan to the airport. Our drivers were always prompt and friendly. We made changes to times and locations two times and were accommodated without any issues. Travel was smooth sailing with Green!

Flight was delayed and I worried that would confuse our pick-up, but our driver, Eric, had been tracking our flight and sent me text message updates along the way (which thankfully we can now get during the flight). He was waiting for us at baggage claim, helped with our bags, and was super friendly after a long, tiring flight. There is nothing better to start a vacation than to have a great experience getting from the airport to the hotel and this service delivered!

Driver never showed up, and left me stranded with my family at the ferry terminal. Had to find another driver and try to make it work.

Harry was on time for a 2:00 pick up from Air BNB to airport l. Very competent driver. Smooth trip and great service. Would book directly with PRGT and avoid the middle man.
