The driver must have been the invisible man l couldn't find him. Had to go to the airport taxi rank, and it turns out that they are cheaper anyway so don't bother. I'm not having much luck getting a refund either.

Great experience- will use this service again; driver Gabriel was excellent- he successfully avoided a crazy driver and was very friendly and professional. The service was also more affordable than the taxi quote.

Great service. The only down side for our round trip pickup and drop off from the airport was our driver picking us up from the airport was an hour late and came in a group van not a sedan. All in all it was worth it not to really worry about transportation during our trip to Puerto Rico.
