Very interesting cultural experience. We were only seven persons and the site not too crowded, bc there was only one cruise ship coming. The guide was really informative and funny, and gave long answers to my questions relevant to biblical times. Driver was trustworthy and took good care of us. Modern culture (tourism) was not neglected, even if we did not want to buy much carpets and so. :) Overall a good and memorable experience

Worth every penny. Was a full day tour. We did so many things. I didn't realize how big Ephesus was! I'm glad we went to the house of the virgin Mary. I got to light a few candles for some friends going through a hard time even though I don't consider myself religious.

This trip was great fun. The itinerary was well planned and our tour guide Nizam was considerate of all the group, giving us plenty of time for breaks and to take pictures. He does a great job of entertaining and explaining the beautiful sights and history of the area.
There are some stops where you can shop, there are a lot of poor quality products for tourists, but this tour only showed us the best and there was no pressure to buy (in Türkiye you can negotiate the price and if you're not interested just say so). You also see how some things are made and get an insight into the local traditional crafts.
Lunch was in a relaxed setting rather than a busy restaurant and the food was great.

The tour started on time. They started to pick up people at about 7:30am and the tour finished at about 5pm.

(~9am, ~20minutes) House of Mary: This charming little place is definitely worth a visit. 5/5

(~10am, ~2 hours) Ephesus: must see. We spent 2 hours here, but I could have easily spent 3 or more. The only drawback was that this part of the tour felt a bit rushed. 5/5

(12:30, 10 minutes) Artemis Temple: While it's interesting to see the single remaining column, this stop could be skipped if you're short on time. It's an okay visit, but not a must-see.

(1pm, ~1hour) Food: The lunch provided was good, with a variety of options like bread, chicken, rice, salads, and a small dessert. 4/5

(2pm, ~1hour) However, the lunch location was a small cafe next to the "Ottoman Weaving Center", a rug manufacturer. After lunch, we were forced to sit through a lengthy sales pitch about expensive rugs, which felt like a waste of time. We were stuck there for about an hour, with no option to leave due to the heat outside and in the minibus. 1/5 - not worth the time.

(3pm, ~1hour) Sirinca Village: Unfortunately, the village felt more like a string of shops glued together rather than an authentic village experience. If we could spend more time exploring the actual village, it might be worth a visit. The wine tasting was a nice touch, though. 2/5

(~5pm) back in the hotel.

Suggestions for Improvement:

* Ditch the rug sales pitch: Instead, use that time to explore Ephesus more thoroughly. Consider advertising the tour as "no forced sales" to attract customers who value their time.
* Improve the Sirinca Village experience: Allow visitors to explore the more interesting parts of the village, and skip the shopping street.

Note for a tourist: If it's summer, take an umbrella with you, you will need it for the Ephesus part.

Overall, the tour had its highs and lows. With some adjustments, it could be a more enjoyable and fulfilling experience for visitors.

Extraordinary places. The first thing we visited was the house of the Virgin Mary in Ephesus and it moves you very deeply.
The ruins of Ephesus are impressive, the temple of Artemis is a disappointment because only a column remains 😕, Sirince is a village beauty.
The best of all was our guide Nassim who not only explained to us from beginning to end everything we visited making us extremely interested in what we saw, but he had us laughing from beginning to end making the group become friends.
Thanks NASSIM

The bad thing is the stops in places where they want to sell you everything!! But at the end of the day an experience.
