I had great communication the entire time after I booked!
The night before, I got a message with more details (pick up time is different than excursion time FYI)
Our driver came to the resort and called me by name, I even knew the vehicle they would be arriving in.
When we arrived at the property Felix had everything perfectly timed! He made sure we got our moneys worth! When we went to the cave and tasting He continuously counted our large group and made sure vendors weren’t too aggressive!! He even watched our stuff on the beach!!
The photographers made sure everyone in our group of 13 had a personal picture!
The mechanic that traveled with us was perfect too!
While at the beach… they re-gassed, and watered the seats on every ATV to make sure they were not too hot for us to sit on!
It was perfect! Thank you Felix and crew!

The tour was amazing. The tour guide, Kitson and his team did an amazing job of guiding the group and staying with us the whole time. They also did a great job of telling us about what to expect at each stop including warnings about localities trying to scam us. All in all it was a great family experience.

The trip itself was very fun. My friends and I had a great time. When we arrived at the place the guide suggested that we get a bandana or goggles. We got the bandana and decided to pass on the goggles since they were so expensive. However, when we got to the first stop our guide seemed angry that we did not buy the goggles or a pair of sunglasses. In the confirmation email it did not say that those were required so I did not want to spend extra money on something I would never wear again. Our guide insisted that we purchase a pair of sunglasses and was not very kind to us so we decided to buy a pair from a local vendor so that he would leave us alone. There was no practice time to test the ATV so make sure you feel comfortable driving it because they do not like to wait. Other than the guide being annoying about us not wanting to purchase extra items, the trip was great.

Best tour ever! We rode for hours. Went into a forest and had adult beverages. When we got to the caves we took pictures with iguanas. The water was refreshing inside the cave and very clear.

This experience overall was a good experience, and the tour guides were the best part. The tour guides were really energetic and helpful. On the day that I did my tour, it was extremely muddy but that added to the allure and overall experience, and the tour guides were EVERYTHING!! The only complaints that I have is that everything felt rushed AND the company did not confirm the pickup time or pickup location as advertised. Because of that it was a guessing game on what time to actually be ready and where to go to find the guide and many other guests had the same complaint once we loaded the bus—which is a quite frustrating in a foreign country. Also, the coco/cocoa presentation was lackluster and could’ve been left out. For me, it didn’t provide any extra insight than what I could’ve read on a three line Google review…. Really and truly, the tour guides were EVERYTHING and more, and they made the experience worth it.

Very nice tour with a good guide. The activities are awesome and Kitson, the guide, was funny and understanding. He set a good pace for everybody and he took us on a wonderful trip. The roads are muddy, but that's part of the fun. Take your worst shoes and clothes because you're gonna look like a pig at the end of the tour.

I would recommend wearing water shoes if possible. You will get dirty! Fun time, didn’t love the coffee/ chocolate tasting. Was more of a sales pitch. Staff was great!

Gregory, our guide, was amazing and we had a good time during our tour. Getting there and getting home was a complete mess! Immediately after booking I was asked to change my time from 12pm to 8am. We declined. When it was time for pick up us another couple at our resort waited about 45 minutes to be picked up. Our original transportation never showed. The tour operator had to call us a cab whose vehicle barely got us there due to the road conditions being for the ATVs. Leaving was even more completed. We had to stop twice for folks on our group to be transferred from one vehicle to another just to get back to our resort.
