The best part was the beach for sure! But the tour should have ended there. By that time we were cleaned up after getting into the ocean. The safety of the buggies was not good. Most did not have seat belts. The buggies had to be hotwired to start and about 1/3 of them broke down at some point in time during the excursion. The crew was fast to get a replacement or re-work our group.

Great ride with our guide Luis! Took us from the water cave, through the countryside, to coffee, tea, and chocolate tasting. Great time!

The tour was so amazing and fun the steps along the way were great the beach was beautiful and the coffee tasting was spectacular. Our group leader Luis was so funny and chill and created a great environment for an activity like this.

Luis was our tour guide and was AMAZING! I would recommend this tour to anyone who isn’t afraid to get muddy. We had so much fun!

First off our guide I believe Kitson was great have no problems with him.

Now for the overall experience was horrible. Got an email at 1213am stating pickup time of 730am that same day. This was suppose to be sent out 2 days prior. Took over 40 min to reach Thomas the owner/manager to re-arrange pickup as we were still asleep at pickup time. The driver who picked us had no idea where our hotel was going to the wrong one twice. After arriving to the buggy business, we signed our waivers and were sent on our way. Went to the waterhole and was rushed through in about 10 minutes when we were supposed to have 30 minutes. We did very little offloading as most of the entire entire buggy ride was on paved roads. No pictures were taken at all of our group, however, everyone that apparently got there appropriately because they received the email earlier and not last minute had plenty of pictures taken. We were taken to the beach, which was very nice and clear after about 20 to 25 minutes. We were then escorted back to our buggies and driven back to the start point. We there again for our pictures finding out again none were taken . And finally had to wait 45 minutes because Thomas again the owner/manager did not arrange for us to be re-dropped off at our hotel as was in the contract. He had to call a taxi who had never been to this facility before, and the organization had to pay out of pocket for the taxi to bring us back to our hotel. We attempted to call Thomas numerous times using two different phones, and he never once picked up the phone as we wished to express our concerns and satisfaction. If a zero is possible, I would have done so.

Overall, I would NOT recommend the establishment due to the lack of communication by the owner/manager. Again, our guide was very polite and nice and had no issues with him.

Every single place on this trip, there were SO MANY people hassling you to buy stuff. Now I’m a grown woman I know how to tell someone no thanks, but these people would NOT take no for an answer. At the Macao Beach, I had to get loud with one of them because they literally would not let us enjoy our time. We only had 20 minutes to enjoy the beach. I understand that isn’t at fault of the company. My biggest issue was when we went to the coffee tasting and I paid for 2 bracelets ($30 total). I paid through CashApp (my mistake). I saw the person put both bracelets in the bag, but they took the bag while I was making my Cashapp payment at the front desk and someone how when I went to the resort there was only one bracelet in the bag. There was absolutely no way it would have come out because of how I had it stored. It was literally wrapped in several different packages. I honestly believe they took one of the bracelets back when I wasn’t looking. Idc but they stole from me and for that, along with the nonstop hounding and hassling this tour only gets 3 stars. The tour guide was cool and I liked how he made us feel safe during our rides. We rode the soon buggies and extremely muddy!! It was exactly what we wanted. They have outdoor showers to use when you get back but my clothes were ruined which is why I wore old clothes I didn’t care about. We noticed that the people riding on the ATVs barely got muddy other than their legs (barely). Ride the buggies if you want to have some real fun!! Final tip, bring cash and NEVER use CashApp where you can’t request a refund. They definitely stole from me but that was on me at the end of the day. The tour guide and buggies were cool and would rate 5 stars if it wasn’t for the hassling.

The actual buggy experience was okay. Kinda slow for our liking and we rented a buggy but got a 4 wheeler. The transportation from ttG was absolutely horrible. Was 45 mins late taking us to the excursion and 1 hr 15 late picking us up from the excursion. Kinda ruined the experience.

My family and I visited and took the tour. Overall, we had a fantastic time. I did not care for the constant selling at the stops. The people were friendly though. We had a buggy and an ATV. Just a warning that they don’t tell you. The buggies don’t seem to have the mud guards so it’s impossible not to get muddy. Riding on the ATV made it easier for those who don’t want to be wet and muddy. The beach stop was amazing. I would have skipped the coffee stop and stayed at the beach longer. We had a great time and would recommend the tour.

EXCELLENTEEEEEEEEEEEEEE YOU CAN'T STOP DOING IT AND MORE IF YOU LIKE ADVENTURE LIKE ME.
THEY TAKE YOU THROUGH THE MUD, THEY TAKE YOU TO A SUPER BEAUTIFUL BEACH, AND YOU END UP IN A CENOTE
