Tour operator didn't show up despite having re-confirmed a few days prior to tour. I was waiting at pick up point for more than an hour and no-one picked up my calls. My accommodation host had to help out by calling on her phone, which was picked up but the answer was always the same that they would check and call back, but they did not call back. Eventually, I got a message asking me to cancel the tour or reschedule it, for another day. I cancelled it as that was the only day I had in Cusco and I had to reach Aguas Calientes by that evening so booked a cab that took me to Ollantaytambo. I ended up not having the anticipated tour of the Sacred Valley.
Overall, not reliable or professional tour operator, who caused me to miss me a much looked forward introduction to the Sacred Valley.
