Very much over priced for the quality of the hotels and the transportation provided.
Just because it’s a new country we have to buy through this company as it is very confusing to organize all by ourselves but if you do some more research it is half the price that we get it all arranged and definitely better hotels than the ones provided.
The hotels that we got are not even 2star hotels.
Please be aware.

Michael was the most excellent tour guide! He was extremely informative, even at the shops. He made us very comfortable and gave us space to enjoy sites by ourselves as well. On top of that he gave incredible recommendations for restaurants and even a salsa club!
Ask for Michael if you can!

Tour guides were amazing. Hotels were in good locations. Seamless handoffs between taxi and train. Staff were friendly and helpful. Should have given option for 4 star hotel.

Had a wonderful time in Peru, didn't start off well, lost our luggage from Santiago de Chile to Cusco. Today is day 6 and have only got 1 suitcase back.
Machu Picchu was unbelievable with guide Gary and Sacred Valley too. Puno is a nice city but Lake Titicaca is the high light of day 5, only the altitude affected us and not having my medication that I need for blood pressure.
We booked this tour through Viator, Fredi has looked after us all the way thanks Latin America and the team.

This was an excellent tour and we enjoyed getting to see so many wonderful places in South America. Luis was our guide and did an outstanding job with the history, the pace of the tour and showing us Macchu Picchu like I never imagined. That being said, the viator website says ALL TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED IN THE ITINERARY....but they fail to mention that YOU, the traveler must book your flight from Juliaca once the tour is over. Our understanding was that they would return us to LIMA for a flight home. As long as you know, that you are responsible for any and all flights, the tour is well worth the money. The hotels were very good, clean and nicely appointed and the tour buses were great. The host, Freddy, stayed in touch and let us know each afternoon what the schedule would be for the next day. The days start early but are well worth it.

The hotels were clean, and breakfast was provided at all of them. Huge shout-out to Efrain, the guide in the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, who explained everything very clearly and pointed out the best places to take photos. I also really enjoyed the floating islands and Taquile Island on Lake Titicaca. I was pleasantly surprised that the tour did not require a lot of intense physical activity at high elevation.

The only issue with the tour was that no itinerary was provided in advance. I only found out the exact schedule for each day on the previous night. I also did not know I could leave some of my bags in the hotel in Cusco while I spent a few days going to Machu Picchu.

We loved our trip to Peru and thanks to a large part to MachuPicchu Latin America. From the beginning, working with Fredi to come up with custom itinerary to the tours themselves was very well organized.

Guides were amazing too and special shout out to Fabricio who went above and beyond to help make the best experience for us. We added Rainbow mountain to the itinerary and when we reached there, really struggled to go up due to low oxygen and we had to carry our 7 year old which was even more challenging. Fabricio was so amazing, he even helped carry our daughter for some distance at the high elevation which was truly beyond what we expected and we are really grateful to him for this great gesture.

Hotels were very comfortable, tours were always on time and buses were very comfortable too. Weather really helped us with great views of Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca was a very unique experience. People at Uros and Tequile island are very humble and the food at Tequile island was unbelievably good and was all organic! Recommend to have some cash when taking the Lake Titicaca tour to the islands.

Overall, highly recommend them for your next visit to Peru.

Machu Picchu was amazing.
Enjoyed the tour. Didn’t get offered a tour on day 1. Tour is only really 4 days. Very early starts but means you get to attractions before the crowds. Not much communication on pick up times on a couple of occasions. Tour guides were very good but difficult to understand and spoke in 2 languages so made it long.

The service has been professional and courteous, the guide is knowledgeable and friendly. We booked with Fredi, toured with Gary and the driver Roman. They showed us an alpaca-
/llama rescue farm, then the ruins of Pisac, and Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. Accomodations were first class, and we had a very comfortable tour.
