Wonderful excursion! The "glass bottom" is pretty small (3-4 feet long), BUT the boat ride itself makes that fact a minimal inconvenience. The guides took us snorkeling and chummed the water to bring in fish for all of us to see. We then took a boat ride to a shallower area where one could swim, have drinks or throw a ball around for 30 minutes or so. One of the guides takes pictures while you're on board and offers them for purchase at the end. Very negotiable! Bring your own towels!! They supply water and soda and a small snack of chips and salsa.
My Dad and son had the opportunity to "fish" trolling off the back of the boat, helping the guides to catch their lunch for the day. Very unique and fun experience for them!

It was not 4 hours and the glass bottom boat consisted of 2 glass panels, measuring about 12” x 14”.
